What did I do wrong and how to be better?

First a foremost, glad to be apart of the community! Indulger but first time cultivator.
Start by saying, what can I have done and do better for the future? I keep reading and studying but would like to hear it first hand based on the evidence provided below. Any concerns on this batch?
I am about to introduce another tub and bag for fruiting, but before executing I wanted to get some answers and feedback. Thanks in advance!
Here is how the bag started once I opened and introduced lighting. Pins came out of everywhere and mainly the sides... I will be taping the sides next time I suppose to help block light and grow from top of cake. I did start this bag with the idea of quickness as it's the first.

I went and got tubs to properly control conditions moving forward. However since moving them now some pins have aborted and it appears that most have stopped growing especially at the rate the first ones did.
I have a bubbler, lid on top with filter, sunlight around 6 hours a day sometimes less, temps 70-76. This is about two weeks of fruiting.

It looks very dry to me. Use a water tub and toss the bubbler. Your tub is much larger than it needs to be for the size of your cake too. Taping the sides doesn't stop side pinning, correct surface conditions do. I am sorry, but it is impossible to repeat all the knowledge of Shroomery in a post, you need to start reading.

Looks like the first flush is almost complete.
You can use the 15qt tub with a lid on it for the FC. Just put a little water in the bottom and raise the cake just above it on a rack or jar lids or something. That will be your best bet moving forward with that particular cake.
Also try if possible to get it more light. 12hrs is best

Welcome to the Shroomery! And...
Congratulations, you've got shrooms! Take a minute to celebrate that, because not everyone ends up with a harvest the first time
As a disclaimer, I don't have a whole lot of experience, and I have no experience with all-in-one ('AIO') bags, but I'm happy to share a few ideas!
Based on the information in the OP:
- No need to keep anything in the dark. Light is good.
- Side-pinning in monotubs is often addressed by using a "liner". Many cultivators use black trashcan liners for this, but a transparent sheet of plastic would have the same impact. This is because a liner functions by adhering to the side of the substrate as the substrate shrinks, as opposed to blocking light. In the absence of a liner, the substrate will shrink, creating a space between the tub and the sub. This space is a great place for pins to form, so by adding the liner, you eliminate the possibility for this space to some into existence.
Your current fruiting setup is more akin to PF-tek as opposed to a monotub. In this case, side pins are not something to try to avoid. If you take a look at some PF-tek grows (some of Fahtster's come to mind), you will see that cubes LOVE to pin from the sides, and the tops are almost always lacking fruit. I don't have an explanation for this, unfortunately.
- Like Skropi mentioned, a water tub is what I would recommend. I fear the bubbler is not providing sufficient humidity in the fruiting chamber. You should be able to turn your current container into a water tub fairly easily.
Please do not make a shotgun fruiting chamber, since they are a lot of work and do not provide any additional benefit compared to a water tub.
- Temps seem okay.
- More light hours wouldn't hurt, but not a top priority in my opinion.
Other thoughts:
- I didn't read anything about sterile technique in the OP, but that's the first thing I would read about. Sterile technique includes topics such as using a still air box ('SAB'), flame sterilizing needles, and reducing vectors for contamination.
- If you don't have one already, I'd build a SAB. Even if you're not going to do agar work, it will vastly improve the probability of success.
There's a lot more, of course, but that should get you headed in the right direction!
