Please check these tubs?

I'm not worried about contamination in these tubs (unless you see something I don't-any browns are the grains because i didn't add a casing layer), but I'm wondering what I might have done differently or if there's anything else I can do to improve upon these or future tubs. These are my first two tubs ever.
True albino teacher has a "hole" in the middle of the tub. I just think this one has been soooo sloooow. Transferred to bulk 2/1 - that's 3 weeks ago and it's still not fully populated. And it's starting to get concentrated white blobbies in some areas. Is this okay to let go to fill out the cake better, or should I introduce fruiting conditions?
Treasure coast seems to be coming along nicely, though I can see that I didn't mix it well enough with the bulk. Anything else that you see with this one? It's moving a lot faster than the first tub, as it was just moved to bulk 5 days ago.
One thing I've already learned since doing these two tubs is to add a casing layer on top and to use a flat tool to press down the surface of the sub. For these two tubs, I just followed Philly Golden Teacher's tek that has you mix the sub with grain and let it ride (no casing layer and no mention of using something other than hands to be sure the surface is even and compacted). I can see hills and valleys in these tubs that I know will affect the grow at least a little.
Thanks for taking a look!

I don’t see anything glaringly wrong, there might be some metabolites from fighting off some bacteria?
If you haven’t read this one ( I see it referenced often) it might be worth reading through

Thanks for the link!
No metabolites. Anything yellow in these is just the grain. Cuz I didn't add a casing layer when I went to bulk.

Ya I don't see any glaring issues here but I would recommend to put in fruiting conditions. Most of us here do that on day 1 of spawn. Providing adequate fae hasn't been harmful as long as there is enough moisture. I think your plan to to add a top layer (what your calling a casing layer) and flatten it out better for your next run is great! When I started to really flatten it out I noticed more even pinsets even from Multispore genetics.
And I'm not trying to shit on pgt but they've kinda gone to whatever is gonna pay them the most not so much about teaching the best ways to grow. I know some people learn better from watching it be done vs reading about it but if you watch a video try n find a tek here that walks you through it as well.
