I agree with Asante - that med mix doesn't look right. You have things to bring you up and things to bring you down, medicines working at cross-purposes.
Especially concerning to me is the Wellbutrin. This lowers the seizure threshold. They actually had to pull it off the market initially because the original dose, 450mg, was giving people seizures even if they weren't prone to them. I'm not sure when your doctor introduced it, but Wellbutrin could well have contributed to a seizure. I also found it to greatly increase anxiety, and even to cause a strong stimulant effect, a rush that made it hard to sleep. I don't think it's a great idea.
Further, on that many strong medications, you won't be able to tell which one is having which effect. Perhaps you could consider getting a second opinion and finding a doctor who is willing to help you slowly taper your meds. You wouldn't want to do that fast, no more than one at a time - but I think your mental health would improve if you weren't on as many meds. With Clonazepam be especially careful if you decide to taper - withdrawing from it could contribute to seizures.
For anti-psychotics, there are much better ones available. Newer anti-psychotics have a much better side-effect profile. If covered by your insurance, you might ask to switch to lumateperone. Some schizophrenics control their symptoms with just Lamotrigine - a glutamate-regulating drug without the broad side-effects found in anti-psychotics. There are other options if your current regimen isn't working.
In terms of cannabis, it's hard for me to say what is best for you - contra-indicated in your case certainly, but it really depends on how it makes you feel. However, I'd ask you to examine your motivations and make sure your motivations for using it are right. If you are switching between saying you'll quit and then using it again, that can be a warning sign. That's what I was doing when I was having trouble with my cannabis use. If you want to use it and not experience side-effects, you'd need to be completely in control of your use, with an iron self-control - and if you aren't, then quitting is preferable.
CBD on its own or with very very low THC might be worth a try (it has anti-psychotic properties and could be a good replacement).

What meds should I taper myself off of or stop taking completely? How long will I need to be in the hospital?

Don't attempt to taper by yourself. Talk to your doctor or a different/better doctor about it. Good luck

I take 2 different antidepressants...and smoking weed gets me stoned, there's no happiness effects, just the fogginess, sleepy and munchy. Antidepressants probably interfering with the " fun" factor.

Drink plenty of water. I HIGHLY recommend going to a doctor and getting medically tapered off....but it's your life. Be as safe as you can be!
