Tub problems: stalled maybe? Tips?

Hi Its been awhile. I went crazy growing all sorts of different varieties and had to stop for awhile to get through all my stash.
now I am back in my home lab and I am perplexed with my current progress. I am wondering why its taking these tubs so long to fruit. As I have been out of it for a year I started from scratch transferring multiple agar plates to get (what i would call) health mycelium, then grain spawn.
I put fresh colonized spawn into my tub of coir and pumice (as I did in my first grow) and the myce took off!
However, a month later and I am here wondering if I am stalled or impatient. I don't have much data to go on, other than my first grow, for which I had pins growing before the myce had even fully colonized the tub!
A week ago they seemed too wet, perhaps not enough FAE so I popped the lid for a bit and drained some excess water (about 50mls was sitting in the bottom of the one tub). Evaporated the pooling of condensation.
now that I have that sorted I am still waiting.... no sign of knots or pins
Now I feel like I have missed something.
any advice? Or am I just being impatient. APE 01/26

any suggestions?

Check your spawn because that tub looks funky as hell.

Here's an example of a clean surface busy pinning, notice the difference between your cottage cheese looking surface covered in metabolites?

I didn't think it looked like cottage cheese. Yes there are metabolites from pooling of condensation. What causes the cottage cheese?

With all due respect it doesn't help that you're arguing after asking for help.

Metabolites come from contaminated spawn.
You seem to have mycogone in the ape tub as well.

I'm not arguing. I am just sharing that I did not think it looked like cottage cheese but now that you say it, and it could be my spawn that would be sad. I took some close ups. I can share some close ups?
I'm genuinely asking what would make it cottage cheese like? I had no metabolites till the pooling of water, I'm providing possible context to metabolites.

That was looking maybe over wet? maybe that's why cottage. a little more Patience needed? the fresh tubs look less wet and cottagey.

looks like it is starting to matt up to me also. That tub looks stressed the fuck out also. It is probably taking all it's energy trying to combat what you are doing to it. I agree with DERAYLD, it does not look good for you friend.

A whole month with no pinning and that much myc piss is not a great sign. It tells me that the myc is doing battle with some other contaminate in there. You could probs keep it around but Iβm not hopeful if there arenβt even little primordia forming.
