Not gonna lie. Yours looks very good too! You obviously have a good strong culture there. Not everybody has this already going on though.
I will therefore continue to be promoting going : -agar -grains -sterile chips -whatever chips / spawn to patch
For those new to woodlovers, this is simply the quickest and most certain road to succes in the first year. Imo it should never take more than one year btw, or something is off.

I agree with this method when starting from prints, except I usually skip sterile chips and go directly grain to outside patch. However, when I do this I do it in volume and succeed by sheer volume. I am also not banking on it being successful, so I don't actually keep track of my success rate. If you have the space and patience, grain to sterile chip in bag or jar, and then to outside bed will likely be much more effective in establishing a patch.
Once that patch is established though and a proven fruiter, chuck around handfuls of myceliated chips for shits and giggles and watch them go bonkers.
I also agree when done early enough for a patch to establish, it should fruit in the first year. To be fair though, I've had them take anywhere from six months to two years to fruit, neither end of that spectrum being common.

I had a buddy colonize a tote of cyans inside in the warm, then set it outside in the spring. It fruited pretty well, but you could tell the poor guys were a little confused. Temp stratification indoors to out totally works.

This is my first time trying this, so I'm not definitively answering you, but I'll offer my experience...
The first couple of times, I boiled chips in 2 pressure cookers for a while, to get them soaked through, really. Then I'd strain them, bag them (3, 9lb bags) then PC at 15psi for 2 hours.
Then I figured that boiling wasnt necessary, and I put a bunch of chips in a trough to soak them in cold water. Last time I pulled some out and strained them, thn tossed them on concrete to get the last of the water off the outside of the chips so there'd be no pooling water in the bags, then I bagged them and PCed for 2 Hours... But they smelled like bacteria, because they'd been soaking.
Both methods for me have resulted in excess water, so i'm going to let it dry a little more after straining, or maybe soaking isn't even necessary with fresh wood?
I know 2 hours PC time is very low, they seem to be doing all right. some yellow metabolites and pooling water, but healthy. however, especially with the cold-soak bacteria, I wonder if I should PC for longer.

Tweeq said: To ferment I just dump woodchips in a large container, fill it up with water and put some rocks or heavy pavers on top and keep all the chips submerged for 14 days. Then leech out until the outsides of the chips start to dry and load bags.

^he's referring to fermenting chips that will not be pasteurized/sterilized, but will be the final outdoor substrate.
You just want to sterilize some wood chips that are at the right moisture content, tweeq does XLS bags in a PC. I like that. Also, nobody ferments anymore, even tweeq says he doesn't suggest that. (search previously in this thread it "was a fad")

I bought black mulch at Walmart and spawned grain straight to it in a shoebox with some CV. Worked perfectly

Just make sure there isn't a fungus already growing in the bag, which is fairly common
