HEAVY invitro, not 100% colonized

So all my jars have heavy invitro pinning and as you can see from the pics, they are not done colonizing. I inoculated jars barely 5 weeks ago and My guess is at least another full week before they are done if not longer. Nor sure how well you can see that 3rd to last pic but there's a couple pins that look like they are being compressed into mush or rot or something... and several of the caps are starting turn black.
I know that I need yo wait until 100% colonization but is there anything else that I should do at this point?
When I do birth them, should I leave all of the pins where they are when I dunk the cakes?
Should I still attempt to roll the cakes with all the pins or just put some coir on top of the cakes?
I've heard this can mean for a light first flush but I've also heard the opposite... I've had a little invitro pinning before but nothing like this.

Birth them and pick shrooms, wash away the uncolonized parts (important), dunk´n´roll as usual. Small pins you can leave on the cakes.
Tall jars lack of gas exchange at the bottom due to the density of brf. The shorter wide mouth jars are prefered for this

I see the jars in the tub have foil on the lids. You’re restricting air to the jars. How many holes in the lids? Follow Goatriders advice.

So I did as you said and did my best to rinse away uncolonized parts. But there was still some left uncolonized that I couldn't rise off.. came to check in this morning and could see cobweb mold. I sprayed it with peroxide and water mixed. Anything other suggestions..?

If it's moldy, throw it in the trash.
