I'm going to pop my presto 23qt (induction) on the bay of e and was wondering what any of you think a fair price for one would be?
Thanks in advance!

Depends how old/worn it is. I payed £165 for mine about 2 years ago but see they’ve gone up considerably since then and the only way to get hold of them is to import them from the US.
How much are you thinking? May even be interested myself….

I've just had a quick googley and they're £320+ in the UK new.
Mines 2 and a half years old and been run a dozen times maybe? Been in the shed for most of last year too.
I'll have a ponder but I reckon if I stick it on that bay of e for 150 it should sell? Maybe?
Only problem is, I seem to be an idiot magnet when I get involved with that marketplace online.
Cheers dude.

I'd put it up for £180 myself. That way people can knock you down to say £150-£160 instead of some idiot trying to offer you £95 all in delivered. Good luck , I hate bayE myself, you could also try marketplace but it's not much different really. Good luck matey

There’s a guy selling them on Etsy brand new for £180’s but only 3 left supposedly. I would go with £180 on EBay and see what happens bud.

Thanks all,
yes mine was £180 from the US all taxes paid 2 and a half years ago.
I might put it on for 130 and take offers. I've had 50 quid's worth of use out of it, so that should do.

Hey UK peeps. Have any of you purchased a Presto 23qt from this company called OneBuy? Its going for £198 stating "free delivery" to the UK.
Since its going for £100 cheaper than everywhere else, I feel naturally a bit wary about it.

Hi guys I thought I'd bring this stuff to your attention if you've never heard of it and like to colour your plates: E151 Brillian Black food colouring.

You only need a tiny bit and it comes out close to black, a very deep indigo. I had been using dr oetkers black food colouring gel which is good but doesn't last long. You'll find it on the bay but don't spill it because as soon as it comes into contact with moisture it stains like ink. I transfered mine to a tight container. I don't think it's FDA (USA) approved but you'll find it in the UK and most of Europe. *I didn't meaure it exactly but added about 0.2g to 1200ml water which made x56 20ml agar plates.

Hello guys,
Can anybody recommend a tried and tested / decent humidifier for a gourmet tent? The reviews on most of them are pretty rubbish tbh, I know you can make your own. Just wondering if anyone’s had one that works well?
I really don’t want to be replacing it every few months if I can help it 😂. Cheers

OK how big is your tent because that matter. If it huge bucket fogger might be a better bet in long term. If it is small tent and you got a Oxfam Shop near you I check there for used ones that don't care about replacing every 6 months.

Cool. It’s a 3x2 ft tent 180cm tall, I just want something that needs filling up every 24hrs+ roughly. They’re ranging from £40-£180 so just trying to get the right thing with it out it equally being overkill and expense that’s not needed etc.
I’ll have a look at some Foggers also
