Short Fat Round Mushrooms in Shoeboxes

Need some advice why these mushrooms are growing round. The biggest fat one on the picture on the left is about 1" in diameter.

I'm using shoebox neglect tek to grow B+ and GT. I have six boxes, three of each strain. One box of GTs flushed normally, the rest have these fat short mushrooms coming up. 100% coco coir (no gyps, no verm), 1:1 spawn ratio (initially spawned on rye in qt jars), spawn to sub ten days ago, kept at 75-77F with low rh (35-45%), so once they pinned (four days ago) i misted and fanned three times a day till surface glistened, left tops (clear plastic) on boxes loosely, no holes for air according to the tek, lit with 6500k led strips, mmmm that's all i can think of....
I've read many pages and pages of forum postings regarding short fat mushrooms, but saw no pictures like mine, and there was, of course, contradictory opinion. I'd like to get some advice or opinion on why this chubby growth for these specific photos might be happening.

Can´t see anything special, they have a nice colour and look good. It´s all about genetics. Maybe a tad dry second pic.
Possibly another ratio (more sub to spawn) could result in more common fruit shapes, but these look lovely, don´t they?
May i ask what tek you followed that says to mist and fan after pinning multiple times a day?

Thank you for taking the time to analyze, it’s good to gain some perspective of experience when you’re a newbie. I think you’re insight about too little sub is right, I will try more in subsequent efforts.
The air and misting a few times a day was my own decision. I follow a YouTuber called Mycophilia who grows shoeboxes in the same climate as me, warmish and dryish, and he mists once a day. I think I was paranoid that my sub was too dry, and that there was not enough air, hence the 3x a day.
I use a very fine mister with distilled water, but I let it land right on the exposed mycelium, pins, and fruits (which many in the mono tub world evidently don’t do). It worked well on my first box (which I cast to substrate several days earlier than the other five boxes), so I continued to do it.
I think I need to work on my patience.

Was that an isolate you used to inoculate?

No, I'm not that advanced yet, though I'm prepping (getting the supplies) to make cultures and work with agar. The grains were inoculated with liquid culture from an online shop.
It's looking today like the B+ boxes are are all round like the pics I posted, and the GTs are growing more traditional looking. So perhaps it is just the genetics of B+ they sent me that's making them short fatties (which apparently people seem to like, based on the forum discussions).
Here are the GTs today:
