Not a movie and too late, but watch Hazbin Hotel.

We ended up watching Beau is Afraid because I forgot I posted here and omg what a total and utter mindfuck. I can't tell if it was a great movie or terrible. I recommend if you're looking for something trippy, dark, absurd - and three hours long. Very Freudian and weird. Probably would be better on psychedelics because it's basically a long fever dream.
Going out to see some live music tonight. Getting out on the town feels like pulling teeth for me these days but then I'm always happy I came out - wish it wasn't gonna be like -20 tho.

I've been eyeballing this one - will give it a go, need a new weekend morning cartoon since I finished Scavenger's Reign. Will report back

Omg yes - as a Philly girl it's very much going on the list

I’m glad you felt the same about it I did. They needed to end it after he went back to the village in the play. That should’ve been the ending of the movie. Instead it just wanted to keep going for another 30 minutes. I walked away after that. I was enjoying it up to that point, but it just felt like it ran out of content, but it wanted to keep going.

Agreed. It started out very strong but it started getting genuinely exhausting to watch. Joaquin Phoenix was of course, amazing, though.

The beginning was terrific. I loved the nightmare scenario with his apartment. The guy who is trying to get at him while he was trying to go back across the street.
It all felt a little too real. Very funny.

Wait what movie is this?. pb, I recently discovered and watched 'The Joker' for the first time and loved it. Was not familiar with Joaquin Pheonix, but what an outstanding performance..
Said to myself, must find out what else he is in!
Also, Pressure Cooker

If we’re talking about Joaquin Phoenix being awesome. What about Joaquin hanging out with Philip Seymour Hoffman in the master. That was a great movie. It also shines a light on a pretty disturbing organization. That still working right now.

That's a good one too! He's definitely one of the finest actors out there right now. This movie is called Beau is Afraid. It's done by the same guy that did Midsomar. It's kind of a long strange trip that makes no sense whatsoever - but it might be worth a watch if you have 3 hours to kill. I wouldn't recommend spending 6 bucks to rent it like I did, I'd wait or it.
If you like weird metaphorical tales about a tortured man's trials and tribulations, you'll probably appreciate it.

Nice cats
Road my bicycle for a few hours today. In the freezing cold in high winds it was tough near the end
Was going to chill out in a bath. I got a old Jacuzzi from the 80s in my bathroom. It's got jets that blast the water
I use it almost everyday
Been riding my bicycle for 2 1/2 hours everyday and it feels good. Tomorrow will be the 9th day in a row I do it. Just like before. I'm not going to stop
It's a ride I road high on acid one day. It takes me out into the middle of nowhere into some farm fields. It's like ridding into and out of a computer background. With windmills and everything
Going to try and do it everyday for about 21 weeks. Without turning around short once at all. It's exactly 149 more days of ridding 2 1/2 hours at the least a day
Then I'll have to make new routes that will be climbing mountains and swimming in the sea. Just like when I was tripping one day over the fall. I decided I wanted to bicycle in some mountains near the sea. So thats what I'm going to do

You go hard with the bikes , Mon! Respect
your posting over the years has really got me into bike riding more. It’s cool seeing you hype it up because it really is a wonderful way to spend time
I love that with biking I can cover distances pretty quickly and see a lot of stuff.
A guy I met today was telling me about a trail out here where you bike through an old train tunnel for 3 miles in pitch black
Open ocean swimming is intense! God bless ya for being courageous enough to wanna do that

Damn, thank you for the movie recommendations, everyone!

I'm glad you like riding too. The tunnel sounds like fun. I'll put in over 500 hours of riding within those weeks. Sometimes I can't stop and 12 hours of ridding goes by just in one day. It doesn't feel like anything
I ride on lake erie and it looks a lot like the sea but I've never been swimming in it
People from here on the shroomery taught me how to surf. Feel confident in swimming in the ocean. I like the roughness of it
Love the Mediterranean sea and stuff. Was going to spend a lot of time on a bunch of different beach spots and in the mountains hunting gourmet mushrooms
When I have to come back it'll be refreshing to find a new temporary job. Going to go back and forth from Canada and Europe for a while
Been eating truffle mushroom everyday. Wanted to get into hunting them myself. I've never had a dog before so it's the perfect reason to have my first dog

Good morning y'all! My honey's making some breakfast and I'm getting a late start at work today. Holidays in both the states and Canada so it's a slow day, but I'm getting some work done nonetheless.
I had a real nice trip last night. Super visual, both with OEVs and CEVs. Kept seeing like...bibically accurate versions of angels made of pure love in my CEVs.

I hope everyone has a nice start to the week
