Title pretty well states the topic.
Was thinking of setting up a decent heated/ventilated Martha for my tubs after S2b but have read/heard mixed signals here.
In the short time I've wrapped my noggin around this subject I've had successful gains from 100% forgotten tubs while micromanaging a dozen with 3-4 being capital F unky.
More control = More power or let the roots take the steering wheel?

As I understand it, Martha's are still useful in some circumstances with exotic species, but overkill and arguably less effective for regular P. cubensis. Martha's are a lot to set up and dial in, while there are vastly simpler methods for fruiting. Monotubs modded or unmodded, shoeboxes without or without dub-tubbing, etc.
I'm no expert but I don't think there's really "mixed signals" if you're reading recent threads. Martha's have been "out" for a long time. If you have prepared your substrate and fruiting chamber well, you shouldn't have to micromanage anything at all, and "forgetting" them is better. Monotubs and such are designed to take care of themselves, and messing with them too much just interferes with proper growing conditions. Also keep in mind most problems are caused by poor quality grain spawn, which is usually bacterial if you're using spore syringes.
What species/strain are you trying to grow, what problems are you having, and what specifically are you hoping to improve with a Martha?

I've dabbled in modded tubs and unmodded shoeboxes - I was more or less intrigued by the discreetness that they offer while saving space.
Granted, there are a lot of incognito build ideas I could create with just my basic shelving I've been using (With success from first innoc) but wasn't quite sure if temp/humidity factors with a martha would put me in a better class of yields.
TL;DR: For incognito purposes I thought a martha setup would be more efficient, perhaps not?

 That is pretty solid advice

I can grow anything people put in tubs and its less work and more versatile of an environment to use a geeenhouse
Besides a tub at the bottom to catch excess water this is all you would ever need … i dont use the air filter any more

BUT IF YOU WANT TO STAB EVERYTHING WITH A FORK…. I agree tubs are for you

I miss my Martha. If I had the space I would definitely have it set up and running. The output between tubs and the tent is similar and it wasn’t super difficult to dial it in. Unless we’re talking about 66qt or larger. Nothing beats the output of a 66qt.
