Lion's Mane Mushroom Showing Strange Growth in Fruiting Conditions

Hey everyone,
I've encountered some unexpected growth patterns with my Lion's Mane mushrooms. After transitioning them into fruiting conditions, they've started displaying unusual characteristics, particularly resembling coral tooth mushrooms but also not. I've attached some photos for reference.
Here's a rundown of my setup:
Airflow: I'm running a fan 24/7 through a charcoal filter, with the fan operating at 20% power. The co2 range maintains a consistent of 600-800 ppm. Humidity: I'm maintaining humidity levels between 87-92%. Lighting: I have a 12/12 light cycle with a 6k Kelvin spectrum.
I noticed that when I allow them to topfruit in the bag before transferring them to the fruiting chamber, they develop typical Lion's Mane characteristics. However, once they're in the tent, they undergo this peculiar transformation overnight.
Could the circulating air in the tent be causing too much disturbance for Lion's Mane mushrooms, even though the fan isn't particularly strong?
problem of genetics for not getting the typical teeth?
Thanks in advance!

that fan is a circulation fan i assume?
how many times in an hour are you refreshing 100% of the air?

Yes, it circulates the air from the intake.
I run both intake and exhaust fans 24/7 to constantly refresh the air.

Some of them grew perfect, all of them are from the same genetic.

the plot thickens.
i feel like there could be too much moisture on those problematic blocks, but it seems like you have good fae and a circulation fan.
are the ones that grew perfectly in a different part of the tent?
does the circulation fan hit those problem mushrooms or are they further away from it?
