Curious on this growth type

Hi all, first timer here. Just doing this as a one-and-done (for now at least, might try again in the future once I can invest in a good setup). Inoculated rice grain with some golden teacher liquid culture, had super healthy inoculation. Put it to bulk, and this is what it looks like after 13 days. Is this.. weird? I've seen similar growth on youtube videos, but usually with a multitude more large white spots. I was worried about the smell at first, but realized I was just smelling the coco coir which has a very.. distinct smell.. nothing rotten smelling, just not entirely pleasant (though I also don't like mushroom smell so). Now I'm just curious about this growth pattern... I don't think it's cobweb mold, but I'm not an expert obviously. From my simple googling of it, it seems to be tomentose m ycelium?
Does this look good? Would this be the time to fruit, or should I give it another 5-7 days to consolidate and see if any discoloration occurs?
Also just a note, I never opened this while it was spreading in substrate. No misting, no fanning.. it was extremely moist. I have the room temp controlled for 76-81 degrees, so it averages around 78-79 most of the day. Those couple of dark spots in the middle, and the one on the right, are just a couple drips that came from the top of the tub when I pulled it off so it's not anything to be concerned about (i guess lol).
Thanks for any help

Should get some fruits. Might be some bacteria.

This was the tub today.. dark spots are just water that dripped from the incredibly moist lid..

Thin Flimsy Grayish at start, then water dripped holes.
Looks like a healthy exploding culture of cobweb mold.

Would the white expanding over the thin spots indicate it isn’t cobweb? I thought it wasn’t supposed to overtake it and growth is stifled. The water drip was from me moving the lid, it wasn’t naturally occurring.. which I know me interfering is bad either way but I couldn’t tell where it was at

From what i remember on my limitied exp, Dactlylium(cobwebs) or mucus are bit look alike(eyes view) except when their sporulate, spreads fast.
I'm no expert, but There can be viable mycellium underneat as elasticaltiger(TC) said and should get few fruits.
