Cant find a definitive answer... help? :(

I am having little water beads that appeared about 3 days ago. Theyre on the very top of mycelium. No pooling.
I started my monotub with the vents going, and keep it at steady 75f. I was under the impression my tub should be set and forget.
Im a little concerned ive not seen the drops evaporate.
Is it normal for little drops to sit like that for days? Should i REALLY fan it? That seems awfully risky. Should i give it more time and see what happens? Here are a few pics of the drops of water.

No no no. Do not fan it. You want to keep those drops there. That is normal and desirable. That’s literally what you want for surface conditions.

Listen to Smelly! He may smell but he's giving good advice. Don't worry about not actively seeing the drops dry up. You want it to look exactly like what you have. And we never recommend fanning anymore. If it's to wet we recommend to gently increase your fae which should always be passive.

Yep, no fanning just leave it, surface beading is a good thing.
While this is an older post, the info is still widely accepted as standard practice.

Looks good to me. Tiny drops like that are what I'm looking for when setting and forgetting, but I only run shoeboxes per ShaperDreaming's SFF Shoebox Assembly TEK and PF Tek.
The only time I have to intervene is if I've made a mistake in the setup. With the cakes, I use a humidity chamber with a few inches of sopping wet coir in the bottom. I'd go straight water tub, but I like to put them together in the kitchen and then carry to the room they go in. It keeps it from sloshing around.

I suggested fanning not in order to evaporate the beads, beads are good, I suggested fanning because evaporation is a pinning trigger, and the beads would be maintained via misting. Was my earlier phrasing misleading or have I been doing this wrong all this time?

There's just no need to fan. It's outdated advice, likely came from back when SGFCs were popular. If fae is adeqaute, there is no need for fanning.

I used FCs with no holes in them, whats really important is that the substrate is properly hydrated+fresh air+ decent lights...I thre out the perlite even on my second grow and I just need a plastic box with a lid

Well...
I sent the APE to bulk 3 weeks ago. My tub pretty much looks the same, but along the sides the puffy mycelium has turned more solid looking and compact (as opposed to the pics above). It looks like super tiny little peaks are forming in parts, but not much else.
Is this normal? I dont think i should be stressed, but i am.
The 2 shoe boxes i filled about a week and a half after the tub seem more far along. They do have less sub though.
Do you guys think i need to intervene, or just keep ignoring them like a bashful crush whilst playing classical music and forest sounds for them?
This is a really cool hobby. I feel like theyre sentient and a presence in my home. Just chill roomates. Who knew mushrooms were so amazing (besides half the population)???? 😁
