is there anything besides a fish tank heater that i can use for the incubation chamber(with minimal fire hazard)?

I am using a heating rock from my snakes cage and a mylar blanket in a rubermaid box. It is keeping my box at 82F.

What ever you use set it up and run it a few days with a thermometer in it. Make sure it is working as you expect it to.
