Doesn't look too bad that I can tell from those pics though.

I think I see primordia forming, you should probably just leave it be and you'll get fruits soon.

How cold was the tub all this time for it to be so slow?

Your tub looks really good! Increase fresh air if you can to get that evaporation going.

Nothing wrong with the spikes in the mycelium. Good subs just look like that sometimes.
