become better for the earth
    #28655279 - 02/11/24 10:38 AM (4 months, 12 days ago)

high shroomers :mushroom2:

i was just thinking you have to become better for the earth
the whole earth

I remember redgreenvines said it is so personal that if you help one person you have done amazingly well

and sure that is good help as much as possible and when you can

but there is another option

to become better for the earth
the whole earth
that way it can be like you are helping someone continuously
every instant
every second
one for every second
one help for every second

i just attained that

i am not saying i am ok just better
much better
the truth still is what it is
it is limited
but it is a half huge improvement
it started happening when i maybe got schizofrenia 10 min. ago
and i felt if i smoked a rolled cigarette i would become better
the next three years
and be continuously helping who i am with in three years

oh and get mental illness too maybe it is a sane response to an insane world
it is like medicine
and being more ok
and innocence
you can accompish it from doing lsd
and then maybe don't go on meds

anyway i accomplished it by drawing and meditating and going to school and doing homework and trying and being relatively innocent (lol) and prioritizing self improvement

your priorities are very important
they are very significant
maybe we have to prioritize furthering outselves

love you all happy sunday

oh and you have to force yourself to be happy
like say to yourself i will be happy

and you really have to make others happy

that is similar making the earth more happy
the whole earth or as much as possible

be safe and enjoy your trips and your drugs and your food etc.

happy trips

you have to make huge improvements
i felt like i do it every 3 years
you must do it at least every three years
if you can make just one in a life that is tremendous
for example by going to retreat

maybe by meditating

maybe by drawing

even if you can make a daily drawing for a year that is a huge improvement

same with 2000 hours of meditation

I go out with my children and collect rubbish at the beach. That makes them happy, which makes me happy and together we may even make mother earth happy.

This is just silly. The earth has no feelings.

One upon a time the earth was lifeless. Should we fight to go back to that time?

One upon a time the earth was covered in volcanos. Should we fight to go back to that time?

One upon a time the earth was covered in ice. Should we fight to go back to that time?

Before man, over 90% of ALL species were wiped out. Should we attempt to emulate that?

Which earth are we supposed to be fighting for? Was there ever a time when it was stagnate? No!

My point being, we only care about the earth when it directly affects us. This is pure selfishness and not some grand gesture being made. If we poison the earth for human life, then another life form will take over and continue.

a really good poisoning could eliminate all interdependent life forms, yes we are fools, and deal with immediate concerns, but also we are not fools, and we are dealing with foolish inertia regarding the whole earth health.

One more time as I have asked this hundreds of times on this forum, what does "whole earth health" actually mean?

Please drop from the clouds and be as specific as possible. Remember that what is deadly for one lifeform is manna to another.

I am delighted to see your feistiness return.
I wanted to use Whole Earth Catalog but tossed in health instead.

Basically we are running a fever which is tormenting life that had evolved to live in cooler ecosystems.

If you try to reduce ecosystem to a root cause single point of failure issue, you are missing the point.
In all cases multiple interface sites are collaboratively critical to health or sanity or sustainability.

Right now the most obvious single issue is carbon and the green house effect and how it is messing the oceans and weather patterns around the world, while clobbering ecosystems.

Equally importantly, human fallibility is on the rise with the rapid uptake of conspiracies, what aboutism, and tribal identification.

Other pollutional concerns abound, radioactivity, microplastics, heavy metal contamination, pesticides, and even genetically engineered chimera's who's downstream effects are under considered to hasten profit taking. And when that sentence is parsed by the average citizen, they rebel against vaccines. SO yeah, human fallibility is huge for the environment and just basic existence.

Plant wildflowers in your front yard for pollinators. Bonus points if the flowers are drugs.

i found that if people attained enlightenment they would be more ok and innocent

meditation helps with our influence etc.

and so does drawing

and pretty much all good action

and doing nothing

the best becoming much better is needed

same with the worst and middle ones becoming a little better

i remember babuji from sahaj marg the earlier leader said that one person can be enough for the earth like for fixing it or saving it or something like that

I replaced my garbage disposal recently. The whole earth owes me a debt of gratitude for making things marginally better.

I am missing my mark today
the q-tips missed the garbage can, I stepped on my wife's shoes, banged my head on the glass toilet wall, and misplaced my underwear, but then found 2 new pair in the suitcase (always better than reruns).

I am willing to start this day all over again, but probably doing acid yesterday has something to do with fumbling today.
The razor accident I blame on trying to use a spare crappy no-name brand shaver that I threw in my travel bag last year.

All the stores are closed where I am today, so I might as well just start drawing. it's gonna be a wash.

still bleeding. I may need a transfusion, loan me a hippo

Increased carbon dioxide levels create an increase in plant growth.  The “carbon dioxide fertilization effect” is a phenomenon when carbon emissions boost photosynthesis and, in turn, plant growth.  More carbon dioxide makes plant photosynthesis more efficient.

carbon in the atmosphere causes global warming through the greenhouse effect, this is exceeding the carbon fixative effect of photosynthesis and aggravating the recovery of habitats, especially after human alteration of large tracts of old growth forests - especially in the case of new herds of farting beef cattle in fields that replace the forests.
