Why are my jars stalling?

I’ve been cultivating for a few months now, I’m fairly new to everything. I sterilized and inoculated 9 jars 19 days ago, 2 of the jars are around 25% colonized, but the rest are only 5-10 percent colonized. I drilled a centimeter wide hole in them and put micropore tape on top. I used self healing injection ports, so the lids never came off while inoculating. I put 1.5 CCs in each jar total, 0.5 CCs in each corner. The jars have no sign of contamination and there is good moisture content. I did not leave the tin foil on top of my jars. Anyone have any idea why some of the jars seem to be stalling? I have them in an average sized closet, could there be a gas exchange problem? Maybe I should leave the closet door ajar. Maybe I should drill two centimeter wide holes instead of one. I have had success with this Tek before, I’m not sure why they are stalling all of the sudden. What are your thoughts? Here are some pictures

Dont inject spores into grain jars. Shoot them onto agar. The fact that its been 19 days and its stalled or nowhere near complete is a sign of contamination itself.

This is just spitballing as you've addressed the most common stalling issues.
Do your grains clump when you turn the jars over or do the grains tumble individually with a nice "plink" ? If the grains are sticking together really well they could be sealing your mycelium away from O2.
Did you change the grain you used recently? Brand?
The jars are a bit on the full side. That combined with wetter grain prep means less over all oxygen in the jar and more weight on top sealing your mycelium underneath.
I'd say give them a shake and see if they recover.
Contamination could definitely be an issue. How does the mycelium look? I can't really tell from the pictures but if there is bacteria in your syringe it could be fighting with the mycelium in the same places it's colonizing.
Again just spitballing ideas. I have no idea if wet grain can actually prevent O2 from getting down there.

What kind of grain is that? Looks kind of like white rice, which is insufficient in the nutrient department.
Also, please edit out the vendor name in your post (forum rules, as a courtesy to the vendor)

It’s long grain brown rice. Also my bad I didn’t know about the vendor thing.

I didn’t know agar was a thing until you said it. I just looked into it and that seems like a much easier way to get mycelium growth for grain to grain, thank you.

There’s no clumping outside of the clumps of mycelium. I’ve been using the same brand of rice. I just shook the jars up. I think you’re right, there’s probably a little too much rice in the jar, it could possibly be suffocating the mycelium on the bottom, hopefully they’ll make a full recovery after shaking them up, thanks for your input, much appreciated.
Edit: I shook them up, and they made a full recovery, thank you!

Is that mold underneath the jar second pic to the right?

White rice will work, just not nearly as well as brown rice. It's still grain, myc colonizes and fruits on substrates as simple as dextrose agar and white rice is a lot more nutritive than that
I don't think it's because of clumping, it should not be stalling early on like this, you should get atleast something similar in size to a 1/2 pint PF tek or something.
I'd go for obviously bacterial/contam'd, and as others have said don't shoot spores to grain, but you can try to do it with PF tek though.
You'd be better off doing spores to agar to grain in any case.
Time will tell after shaking it

I think the dark spot is just the bran, or in other words the outer husk of the rice, sometimes I’ll see a few grains with the husk on. They’re supposed to remove the husk before selling it to you, but I guess sometimes they miss a few. Thanks for your input.
