Shoebox questions, Too much humidity? Strange blobs??

So four 6 quart shoeboxes of Ban Hua Thanon. Transfered to substrate from grain spawn on 1/25. Tops removed and dubtubbed as well as put on 12/12 light schedule on 2/3. One mistake I made was I misted two of the boxes on 2/3 when I dubbed them but they def didn't need any moisture. I did a light mist holding the bottle far away but they already had enough moisture. Anyways they haven't evaporated at all it seems in 6 days and the water beads started gathering on the sides below the casing layer all the way to the bottom. Also these light colored blobs started to appear but only in the two boxes I misted. I am wondering should I remove the tops all together, start fanning them or maybe crack the lid 25%. And also what are those blobs anybody know?

Here are pictures of the boxes that I did not mist they seem to be progressing differently and there's no blobs.

Why are you Dub tubbing your shoeboxes when they haven't even pinned yet? Shoebox TEK is meant to be used as is unless the fruit lifts the lids.

You shouldn’t need to be misting your shoeboxes. Put the lids on and Resist the temptation to mess with them. You will have rewards very soon on all of the trays. The trays you didn’t mess with will likely produce better than the wonky ones. I would keep those tubs separated until the “blobs are identified” by someone with more knowledge than me. However I don’t think it’s a death sentence for those trays.

Should I just leave them how they are now or would there be any worth in snapping the tops back on?? Also if I snap the tops back on should I keep going with the light cycle or back to darkness till pinning occurs? And I'm about to be doing a couple more shoeboxes want to confirm leave the top on from mixing the spawn with substrate all the way until I get pinning? I don't have to introduce fae or light to induce pinning at all? That's why I have them dubtubbed now is the casing surface was covered almost completely with white n I thought flipping the lid n exposing to light would trigger the pinning. I guess main thing now is do I snap lids back on n throw back in the dark till pins?

Don't fuck with it too much. Personally I leave the tops on regularly until the fruits need more headroom.
Light is beneficial at all stages of development even with the lids on.
Your sub looks really good in some places but the blobs don't look quite right. Was this penis envy?

It's Ban Hua Thanon or Psilocybe samuiensis, I'm hoping the blobs have something to do with the mushroom but I haven't the slightest clue as to what.

Wanted to give an update, I put the lids back on the shoeboxes and in less than two days the surface environment returned to normal and I ended up getting like 200 pins in the box I sprayed the most and a good amount of pins in the other boxes. The pins are now approaching pinky finger size and there's SOO many of them!! Thank you for all your help and steering me in the right direction! If you guys didn't tell me to un-dub and lod my shoeboxes idk if I would have ever even pinned.
Thanks again everyone!!!

those blobs from before are like the start of pinning, so the misting is of bit beneficial, from what i remember on my last successful grow I also misted them slightly(not directly), but letting the mist naturally fall on the surface maintaining that glister (then letting it dry out a bit through out the day) + passive extra fae due to our hot weather.
