Microdosing for inflamation?

Any other chronic pain sufferers use microdosing for inflamation?
And if so, what species? And how has it been for you?
I've heard Nats and Mexicana/Tamps might be helpful. Planning to try both out for myofascial pain syndrome.

I would think maybe you would have more benefit from medicinal mushrooms that from micro dosing psychedelic mushrooms for inflammation

I get bad inflammation and tripping makes it worse....but when the trip ends I feel like a brand new man and it's worth it.

The bodyload is different on different species (and even strains of cubes).
I was rough the other day and took 2g of tamps. I can't say I felt better but the pain became manageable and I was encouraged to do yoga and other physical self care.
I guess what I'm saying is I'm not looking for a magic bullet. But people's experiences with using mushrooms skillfully to work through pain.
If that makes sense.

Look into lemon water and cacao they both work really well for me. Smoking weed actually causes inflammation for me but it keeps my head out of dark places so it's a inner struggle. But the lemon and cacao I take daily (separate) and they work wonders for a period of time.

Thanks, I'll take a look. I'm trying turmeric and PEA too. The PEA is more for quitting weed, and the turmeric is in the capsules. I think that was you I was talking to in the other thread about that.
And yeah, weed helps me kinda. Then I hit a point where I'm just getting worse rebound pain from it and it itself stops working for inflammation.
I'm going to try microdosing too. The species I settled on for this (subtropicals grains) may not help with inflammation directly. But, maybe it will improve my mental health and that will help me take better care of myself.

I have occipital neuralgia headaches for life. Psychedelics take the inflammation down BIGTIME. Especially LSD.

Hi again, tree frog, lol. I was on 7,000 mg of turmeric a couple years ago for pain and crohn’s. My GI said he’d never know I had it if he didn’t already know based on my amazing colonoscopy. Perfectly normal digestive tract.
I built up to that dosage over several weeks. I’ve seen people with crohn’s talk about 3x as high a dosage. The only reason I quit is I was tired of taking 7 nasty turmeric pills a day, and I think the formula changed. The bottle still showed it had the black pepper extract for absorption, but my body stopped absorbing it based on the smells coming out of me. Apparently urine smelling like cat pee means your body isn’t absorbing it.
I tried several brands also but found the best deal was Puritan’s Pride. It also had the best affect on my pain even compared to pricier and/or more “legit” brands.

I appreciate that. I started taking turmeric and PEA pretty recently. I don't know that it's helping
I'm trying to exercise more. Stretch more. And take ibuprofen more and smoke weed less. I do better some days than others. And some days I think it's helping, and sometimes I think I'm just hurting myself more trying to exercise.
But I appreciate you checking in and wanting to help. Chronic pain is a motherfucker. Sorry you're going through it too.

It sure is. I’d not wish chronic pain on my worst enemy. I do hope you find a successful regimen.
