Hi guys... Don't know if this is the right place to ask but i got myself a martha grow tent... 3 tier... I placed a ultra sonic mister at the bottom and have the exhaust pipe going out the top. My question is will a small laptop cooling fan be sufficient at the bottom for FAE or will i need a bigger fan?
Thanks in advance

I think you've got it a little backwards. Usually you want the mist to pump in from the top. If you place it in the bottom it's going to take a while for the mist to fill the tent. If you place the mister outside and pump it through a hose into the top then the mist will drop down onto the cake and you'll reach peak overall humidity faster. A laptop fan might be a bit small but it also depends on the RPMs. The fan placement is somewhat optional. I have mine placed in the top portion blowing in because I prefer have the air blowing over the top of the cake but, some people prefer to have one on the bottom blowing out to draw the air from the top down. Also, if you're planning on using it to grow cubes I would suggest just using monotubs. Martha tents are much more trouble than they're worth and I've never gotten very consistent grows with cubes. Martha tents are usually only needed when growing exotics like pans and nats where climate controls are more important.
