what about adding powdered milk to the substrate. You would achieve the same results as skim milk for less money.

yeah... But I was under the impression that boiling kills alcohol. I've never been fucked up from any beef stew or spaghetti sauce that I've ever made... And trust me, that shit can grow just as much mold as any bad pf cake.
