I see some serously tomentose myceium fluffing up in response to something. But I don't see mold - yet.
Increase the amount of fresh air you're getting and make sure your lighting schedule is good.
How long has the tub been fully colonized?

i forgot to mention they always get twelve twelve from a full spectrum grow light about a foot above the tub on low i have very like airy sponge kinda stuff in the airflow holes i can put a fan near it if that would help basically the only thing i could do past that would be to fully remove the sponge plugs in the tub sides and or remove the lid

Looks dry AF in there, you don't need more FEA. Mist it and don't use a fan or manually fan it, let it ride and see what happens in a few days. If trich is present, you will know soon enough.
