Very good point

Ah yes, judges increasingly making rulings based on politics rather than doing what's actually right. Hilarious.
It may seem funny when it happens to someone you don't like but it is not good for the health of the country. No judge should be forcing a pre-determined outcome to a trial just because the target is someone the establishment doesn't like. That is what they call a kangaroo court.
Trump for example was convicted at civil trial of raping a woman he never even met due to the anti-Trump bias of the judge. No matter what you think of him, that is absolutely disgusting that this is happening in our country and that woman does not deserve a penny from him.
Now it's happening to Elon Musk because he dared to defy the establishment by attempting to uphold free speech in our country. That lawsuit was so dumb it should have been dismissed as frivolous immediately.
If this trend continues, it will only contribute to destabilizing this country even further. If the judicial becomes increasingly corrupt, this can only have negative outcomes.
Be careful what you wish for

Yeah, Elon is an anti establishment free speech warrior and Trump never grabbed anyone by the pussy. Also up is down, left is right and the sky is red.

Elon was sued because he’s failed to live up to his promises as CEO of Tesla. They pay him a lot of money and he’s off running other companies that he owns outright, like spacex and twitter.
As for trump, seems like he shouldnt lie so much. Juries don’t like being lied to. If you say you’ve never met someone, you should make sure there aren’t any pictures of you with them.

In America, white conservative billionaires never get a fair shake in the legal system. You see it all the time. A poor black guy with a court appointed lawyer always gets to cancel court so they can run for president.

Yes, because convicting someone of "raping" a woman he not only never even met but who also openly bragged about how they made up their accusation based on a Law and Order episode, and denying a CEO their payout based on a lawsuit brought up by some random with 12 fucking shares, for reasons that are blatantly political is "the rule of law".
To be fair, I guess this is the new "rule of law" in a country which is turning into an increasingly corrupt and hilarious circus.
If we don't have judges with integrity then our 'justice' system is borderline useless.

I see it the opposite, a very minor shareholder has a way to hold a man much more influential and powerful to account via the law.
Same goes for the civil claim against the former president. Do you have a link for your Law and Order claims?

It’s all right wing propaganda. He thinks Trump never met Carroll because Trump said it. Trump continues to say it, even after it has been proven a lie. Why believe anything someone says if they continue to lie after being proven a liar?

Obviously if someone doesn't want to lose 12% of their investment outright, as well as the future losses associated with a company that will give in to the CEO when he throws a tantrum on twitter, they're part of the deep state.
