Filling foods for tripping

Whenever I trip I'll usually take a tab whenever I feel like it. Sometimes I do it without thinking and haven't eaten anything before so in the middle of the trip I feel like I need to eat something. Especially since I like to go out for a run or something. Anyone have any suggestions for some more filling foods while tripping? I have a pretty bad appetite so smoothies and fruits are basically the only things I've found to taste good, I soft boiled an egg last trip and that was decent. Good beer and wine is also delicious.

Fruit and yoghurt is my go to. I can't imagine eating very heavy foods on acid, you could maybe get away with dahl or something like that tho. Cooking it whilst tripping would be hella interesting.

Frozen mango.

Fruit during the trip is explosive in flavor and experience - I can't really ever eat on LSD not actual meals atleast one bite and I'm chewing for centuries like what is this
Coming down on the otherhand some nice sautéed chicken and steamed rice seasoned lightly

OOh a dahl with some rice or naan sounds pretty good, good suggestion. I love cooking, imma try to make this the next time I cook, if I remember I'll update this thread. Just gotta make sure not to leave anything on the stove or something. Feels like I could get distracted by something in the middle of cooking lol. Fruit and yoghurt is also good, a bit more filling than just a smoothie.

Yeah, some toasted cashews would be nice. Maybe throw that in some yoghurt with fruits.
