Haven't really kept up with what happened in the Persian gulf.
Is that referring to what Houthis did to ships in the area?
I think the US striking anywhere in Syria or Iraq isn't new news and won't change anything. It's been that way for over a decade.
It's like Biden said, bombing the 'Houthis' won't stop them but we'll keep doing it. The only difference between the US bombing Iranian proxies in Syria or Iraq and Houthis bombing ships in the gulf would be jurisdiction imo.
You become involved when the bomb hits you wherever, and whoever you are.

I'm not saying they should but yeah, they could. I wouldn't be surprised if they just antagonize the IRG 8nto a position to sink a handful of speedboats and call it a day.
Maybe. Taking out Iran has been a goal for a long time though. This is their opportunity to do it
Do you think sinking an aircraft carrier is possible?
Possible? Totally. Pretty tough to pull off though. They travel with a whole pack of other ships with layered defenses against exactly that. Supposedly China thinks they could do it with the right satellites overhead to employ the right EW shit.

A U.S. base in Jordan was hit over the weekend, 3 dead, 34 wounded. Just waiting to hear or see what the response will be.
One strange thing was the Jordanian government initially denied the attack happened in Jordan

Hard to believe Jordan wasn’t aware of rockets being fired into their country maybe it was just bad communication but it’s worth noting.

You can go back into my posts and see that from the very beginning I've been saying I think the bombings killing so many civilians is horrible and isreal has to be willing to send in small commando squads to take out JUST the terrorists who are planning or participates in terrorist attacks.
Yes isreali soldiers will die in these raids but if you must conduct war on terrorism you don't bomb the civilians with a few hammas members, you send in special forces to take out hammas members face to face that you've verified are in fact terrorists planning terror attacks.
I think this is what isreal should've been doing for day one.

How'd they get in that hospital?!
I say through the front door.
The 3 were assassinated in their beds, there was no exchange of gunfire, Israeli troops were masquerading as Drs and women. Thanks for bringing this Israeli war crime to everyone’s attention
Quote:
A hospital spokesperson, Tawfiq al-Shobaki, said there was no exchange of fire during the raid but that the Israelis attacked doctors, nurses and hospital security.
Hospital officials said Basel Ghawazi was being treated after being partially paralysed in an Israeli airstrike on a Jenin cemetery in November that killed four, including a 15-year-old boy.
I thought you said these hospitals were HAMAS bases? Looks like you’ve been stooged by the IDF… that must really suck.
Quote:
The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) have found underground tunnels in the vicinity of hospitals in Gaza, although journalists and human rights organisations have been unable to verify claims that medical buildings have been used as cover for major Hamas command and control centres

Anyone want to justify the extrajudicial killings of 3, who were shot while they slept, inside a hospital outside of the “war zone” and in the West Bank.
Israel may have had every reason to arrest or detain these now dead individuals, but chose to kill them as they slept.
Yeah…if that doesn’t seem a little off I’d wonder what would.

If true, that's a first for actually getting any of the Hamas leadership, too bad they've now made thousands more members by killing many of their highly interconnected and surprisingly large families.
When you're the orphan of a 20 large family, well, you won't be thanking the bombers, good chance there's more people radicalised than ever within Gaza, but hey, maybe that'll add more fuel to the flames for Israel to claim everyone is Hamas there.

Look man, the rules of war, the Geneva conventions, all good stuff.
However, these laws shouldn’t apply to Israel because they’re being attacked (a phenomenon that doesn’t happen in any other war to ever exist).
