You can get tint that still allows most of the light in and obscures view from the outside. Check everyone’s favorite online monopoly for options.

Scary read, it's a good thing that the shrooms I grow don't contain any active compounds, they're just look a likes. Its rumored a veteran acquaintance who had a background in military computer intel, may or may not have had access to such places. All I remember was being able to download movies before release date. Of course everything I say and do is made up.

Like a kid in a toy store, more packages on the way. I'm sure you guys have seen these, I figured for the cost of a regular led bulb from home Depot plus minimal shipping, why not get it. The room is going to glow when the sun sets.

They probably could put a cannabis leaf on the box and market it as for seedlings and clones too. Anything to get people like me to spend money, got to have it, I can't do it right if I don't. To answer your inquiry, yes, offered by a mycology Web site, it states dual spectrum, "6350K to stimulate pinning & growth 5000K to sustain natural daylight rhythms". I know I could of just gotten a regular daylight led but this was comparable in cost and I figured what the hell. Got to love the turn key new generation shroomers like myself, a debit card, internet access, a syringe of culture, a all in one bag and done. It's got to be way overkill for the purpose used. The converted commercial walk in refrigerator I saw with shelves full of fungus had just a single, maybe 2 at the most, t-8 flouros.

Scratching the lamp on the dresser idea, I'm going to try one of those fancy clip on dome lights from home Depot. Electing to remove the metal dome to light up the whole room and allow the light to be unfocused over the length of the dresser. I'm going to clamp it on top of the dresser mirror and by doing so it will allow the cord to hang down behind it directly to the outlet. I like those little construction light sockets with the fancy clip, we used them for seedlings and rooting clones during the cannabis days before the dispensary's opened. By elimination of a table lamp and the space it would occupy, there's actually enough room for one more tub. Hmmmm? Well I do have a lc syringe and a one pound bag of rye....naw! Hell I only wanted to do a single tub at a time.

I wanted to reply earlier but it was one of those days where you grab the keys, run out of the house and there's no time for anything until you get back. YOLO it is, leaning towards a third tub, but that's it, no more than that, lol. I'll throw up a pic when the bulb arrives, hoping to start fruiting the first of three tubs about then so it will work out just peachy.

Not always being able to get to opening and closing the shutters on a 12 hour cycle. I elected to get a timer for the bulb, a throw back to the cannabis days! Of course when you were throwing a room full of 1000 waters they were wired into a 220 volt industrial timer box and not a low voltage 5 dollar piece of plastic from Wally world. Concerning that, you know the best we ever had cultivated was no shit a freebie bean that came from a seed bank order in England. Of course now a days I can drive down the road and buy seed packs from the glass shop. Anyways it was from a breeder called TH seeds and the strain was darkstar. It would finish dry and cured with a light lime green color, about like this 💚, with the densest feel. The THC content... it looked like the bud wall was wetted and then rolled in sugar. We topped our plants and this strain always had to be staked up with the the weight of the buds. Looked like a big mutant menorah when on the stalk. This is my chief claim to fame concerning it, no lie, and I never saw anything else do this, but when trimming, the sharpest shears could not cut the leaf tips due to the shear amount of copius resin. The blades would just allow the leaf surface slide thru. Oh my, the mess the strain made while handling. When the dispensarys started popping up I got out of the game a was offered a fair price for a cutting. This was before people started sending stuff off to be tested for levels but I'm sure if analyzed it would of been up there. All of this from a freebie bean! Anyways, I realize perhaps info to be shared in pub category but I thought amusing to share the least. Getting back to subject, the bulb will be the primary source of pinning light and the big sun secondary.

Wow this thing is a small bulb, the socket base is standard, but in my opinion, it's not at all a 125 watt equivalent as advertised. Although in the same breath it does say a mere 900 lumen. When it arrived by post in a padded envelope, I thought uh oh, they sent me a mini holiday bulb. I realize my mind is in cannabis mode and not as much pounding light is needed. Grandma thinks the combination of natural sun light for 7 hours a day with the shutters open, the ceiling fan light and the groovy mushroom bulb it's enough. Me I still want to blast the room with light. Although looking at the last pic (shroom light on only), it seems to illuminate the tub quit well, you tell me your opinion.
