Reishi with coir, query 1

I have done some research on growing reishi with non-supplemented coir as sub. I am using sawdust, pine flakes and coir. (The pine flakes are thin shavings)
What ratios are recommended here? Are precise ratios moot/negligible here?
My thought is 2:1:1\sawdust:coir:flakes
Is my thinking wrong here? Let me know ☝️
Sorry for the double post, separate question.

I’m gonna use this post as a small grow log. This is a first attempt in earnest so any critique along the way is welcome. I inoculated 1 jar with reishi.
 I got my stuff ready.

I hydrated this stuff to field capacity, supplementing some sawdust for cycling and later spawning. I used this tek for all the recipes. The h2o measurement on the hwfp was off, so I added an additional 1/8 vol to a [2.5–3.0 : 1.0]\[sawdust:flake] mixture, which totaled about ~1kg sub. Fc observed by squeezing measurement. Here are some pics from earlier tonight. It broke up to my liking and was quite easy to work with. The aroma was earthy/nutty/fungus.
Please notice the date ☝️ it is very consolidated. I spawned to 4 6qt bins and placed them inside restricted 66qt ezdials 2 per.
 Here’s everything all spawned:

Reishi D is mixed with coir @2:1:1 [sawdust:coir:flake] and is my independent variable. A-C are the control group. I know with non-supplemented sub the spawn ratio should be adjusted accordingly, but I used around ~10% spawn by weight for all bins. I know this increases my risk of a less favorable outcome, but if I can get one bin to fruit, I will be happy, and I will try again. Looking back I shouldn’t have been so conservative with the spawn and should have simply done 2 bins, but that’s in the past. Hope to be back soon with progress updates and I will let you guys know if the spawn ratios work and how the adjusted ratios perform.
edit: reishi D the coir bin is not fully mixed yet in the picture, if anyone was looking there..

So all of my shoeboxes except the one with coir were hit with heavy trich and other mold. My suspicion is something in the “Pelletized bedding” I used which were pine pellets only. I wouldn’t normally make a claim like that unless I was sure of the spawn. Idk why the one with coir lasted out, Ishmael. Maybe the mold is just not perceptible yet Here are the bins I cleaned out today. I had put it off but I put all laundry in bag and took aseptic shower and other measures.
Getting along:
So they got pretty good pretty developed here.

Not very but something was starting in earnest Sorry some of the light is rv, the tent is on a timer

The Ishmael one:
He is still going l ☝️ but I’m not hopeful
Here’s what threw out today

It’s gotta be the pelletized bedding, I keep going over it in my head. It’s as though it preternaturally or innately contaminated. I want to blame the horse bedding but it could have equally been the pine “flakes” shavings I mentioned earlier.
Just repotting back on things, I’ll be back later with some more of this!

So my reishi and oyster I spawned into medium unicorn bags (sawdust+wheat bran) 2ea for a total of 8 bags. Somewhere along the lines I forgot to write what was being spawned into what, so I wont be able to tell what each individual bag is until they have colonized completely and begun fruiting. The oyster is coming along nicely a few days after inoc. as seen below but were here for the reishi so that is what i will focus on. black king oyster:
 ======================================================================
So before I begin with my third and current endeavor, here are some pics of my subsequent (second) reishi run (december) which was also failed--that came after the first failure. I have not posted pics of this yet. I found out the failures were due to the sawdust pellets i was using (traeger oak/maple) when I discovered that the sawdust will mold on its own if not sterilized first. I tested out this hypothesis by leaving out a shoebox full of plain fc sawdust in normal conditions on a shelf in my tent and there was trichoderma and other mold within a week. A friend of mine sugested that it might be starch used as a binder to keep the pellets compacted, but im not sure. What I am certain of is, if left alone and not sterilized the shit will mold hands down every time. For this reason I will probably be sterilizing all of my bags in the pc first for 90-100min.
Here are pics of the second reishi run. It became partially colonized (weak) before it was overrun and i had to toss it in the backyard in the trash. reishi partailly colonized and onwards:

noc´d dec. 7th 2023. Iḿ not certain when I spawned this but it was late december. Hereś how it turned out. newly spawned:

making progress:

little later:

lil more later:
This grow contaminated, the second grow which i referred to above. they molded out shortly after spawning adn i tossed them in the backyard, same as the ones that came before. I also inoculated some brand new reishi jars for my third and hopefully first succcessful attempt at gourmets.
Hereś the new jars just beginning. I noc these around jan1-3 iirc.

Around a week ago one of the jars began to produce little coral-like bumps that reminded me of enigma fruits. I was confused at first but after some research I discovered these are how antlers will normally form with reishi. I am not sure the variety, but i believe it is black reishi at least that is what i was told.
as you can see some of them are forming on the sides.
I ran some bags through the pressure cooker

here they are all noc´d up, jan. 20 2024:
thanks for reading, ill return shortly with updates on the bags and report as developments happena long the way.

What's wrong with a .2 micron filter bag?
Will you be fruiting from the bags?
