Thanks!

I'm excited about that cluster.  My other alt 7 fruit clones haven't been producing as well as I hoped.

Didn't feel like setting up the dehydrator yesterday so these B+ dropped a pretty purple carpet all over the tub. That cluster was about 120g by itself. Took a clone from the middle of the stipe of the biggest one in the cluster to agar. 292g total for the first flush sounds good to me. I don't see any pins for a second flush though, should I mist? I know some don't rehydrate after the first flush.

Those are fat!

It depends for me.  I dunk if the sub put out a nice first flush.  Otherwise mist kinda heavily once, after that mostly evaporates, mist lightly if it needs it.  Which mostly depends on your tote and humidity levels etc.

I kinda feel my way into it.  But I hope the above gives you some insight.

Little trick I learned about rhizo growth is taking colonized grains to agar. This was aggressive before but nothing like this!

I never thought I would say something like this, but that mycelium was clearly made to cuddle.

Idk why I’m just now noticing this but I wonder if the bulk of the actives is in the outer layer of the stems. That’s the part that always bruises and it’s also how San Pedro cactus works.

Godammit. <Pulls out more potency qTests>

Kidding. I do need to order some more, though.

Though, thinking about it, I get lots of dark bruising on some varieties on the entire cut surface. You would think that it would be darker on the outside and lighter in the center if I follow your logic, sir.

Thanks, this is a neat looking house plant you got there, maybe I can convince the wife to take one on for her living room. I'm in zone 9, Psychotria seems like a good fit.
