So iv made a total of 9 tubs so far 2 of them not making it to complete colonization and being ruined by trich the other 5 actually made it to produce fruit but then again got hit my trich Idk what else to do, I place by coco in a bucket pour boiling water into it wait for it to cool then use it to make my bins Also I clean my bins with alcohol twice before placing the coco in them and I use gloves and spray with alcohol up to my elbow before handling the coco and spawn I also wear a mask threw the process, any feedback help idk what else to do to try and prevent this 7 out of 9 bins not making it is just not cool

it's likely coming from earlier in the process. What are the steps you follow to make your spawn?

How much coco at a time are you doing in the bucket tek?
The more you're doing at a time the less effective bucket tek is at getting rid of contams. Not saying that's where it's coming in at but it's something to think about.

Did you use different buckets for grains and coir, or maybe the same?

Just my two cents worth...
Since changing from cheap "weed grow" 650g blocks of coir, to the individually sealed reptile substrate bricks, my trichoderma issues have massively improved. To the point where I can pinpoint many of my failures to using the blocks designed for growing weed (other failures due to contaminated spawn)
For the small increase in cost, this has been the best change I've made to my process.
Peace ✌

A little more info, I use coco that I bought from a bulk soil supplier near me, I buy it by the yard for the grow room and store it in a large tote that has a plastic inner liner then the actual nylon tote on the outside of it So I use millet from wbs in quart jars I use 6qts of coco and 2qts of grain per tub sometimes 2-1/2qts I will upload pics of spawn shortly

In the last picture, is the second jar from the left recovering from a recent shake? If not and that's just how it grew that jar is probably the primary culprit. Grains that aren't fully colonized are the perfect medium for mold.
Either way those jars don't look perfect to me. I probably would have spawned them individually.
Next time you do your bucket of coco leave some coco in the bucket and check on it in a couple weeks. You'll see it's not your coco prep.

That 3rd jar is heavily bacterial and the 4th looks like it’s on its way, like elasticaltiger said they’re all suss, if it isn’t your cultures then I’d bet it’s your grains and/or how they’re prepped, sorry dude.
