Lots of Mistakes made... Salvageable?

So I made a TON of mistakes, but I basically just wanna know if I'm gonna get anything out of this run. (besides knowledge, hahaha)
First mistake, I used Uncle Ben's TEK with an MSS. I know now that spore to grain is not a good idea, but I didn't know before finding this forum and by then it was too late. It seemed like a straightforward way to do it at the time. Rice bags were inoculated with 1cc each on 12/27/2023
Second mistake, I bought one of those "mushroomcube" grow kits to use for fruiting. Again, I now know grow kits are at best unnecessary, at worst, crap.
Anyway. 7 fully colonized rice bags were mixed with CVG at a 1 to 1 ratio in two aluminum trays and the substrate was allowed to colonize. I used a very thin casing layer. I intended to do 8 bags, but yeah, 1 of them got contaminated. No signs of contamination in the other 7. No bad smells or anything seemed off to me. This was 1/16/2024
The casing layer colonized super fast and the trays were put into the mushroom cube for fruiting on 1/19/2024.
I asked about this before in the "quick questions/quick responses" thread. Some people suggested to mist it since it looked dry. So I did. Now, it's not looking too hot. This is my first grow ever so I'm not too sure about anything, but it looks matted and yellow and bruised. What do you guys think. I can take more photos if necessary.
Any comments or advice would be really appreciated.

I see hyphal knots so I'd say don't touch it and pray and you might get some mushrooms. Those dead patches don't look great but there's nothing you're gonna do either way to save it

No misting, no nothing?
Those patches seem to be where the hose connected to the fan and humidifier blow onto the tray. I'm guessing it blows too hard? Even though I barely feel anything. I ended up putting a little paper guard yesterday a bit in front of the hose so the blast doesn't hit the substrate dead on.

Third mistake, i installed fans and humidifiers, i will skip that immediately, as it will ruin conditions.

You think just removing those would improve conditions? I’m kind of worried about CO2 build up since the holes are so small.

You don´t have to fan during colonization. I recommend to have a good read here, i see there´s basics missing

Oh, I know that much. The trays weren’t in the mushroom cube for colonization. They were just on a shelf with the tray lid on.
They didn’t go into the mushroom cube until the substrate looked pretty colonized.
