How fucked are these jars?

Hey all, it is my first time posting and getting some spawn going. I followed this wbs tek: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/20048754#20048754
Then inoculated with 1/2 cc of LC each (LCs provided by a sponsor. I plan on learning agar soon). I'm thinking I may have left the grains too wet when I added them to the jars.
I may have also not gotten proper sterilization. Used two 6 QT pressure cookers I had on hand, one jar per pc. Cooked for 120 minutes.
These jars were inoculated exactly two weeks ago and shaken on day 10 (4 days ago) at roughly 30% colonization. The jars are colonizing in temperatures in the range of 70F-77F.
I have a feeling these are fucked from what I learned here so far: mycelium is clinging pretty strongly to grains so shaking was aggressive to break up all of the grains. There is also a lot of condensation on the jars. The mycelium is also an ice cream color of white to my noob eyes.
So now I ask, what level of fucked are these jars: 'fruit in jars' or 'spawn to shoebox'?
Thank you in advance

It's hard to tell from the light if I'm seeing bluing or if the dark sunflower seeds are just giving the illusion of bluing. If it is bluing and bruising before full colonization and your gas exchange is adequate I'd say that's not ideal.

Yeah... The lighting is pretty bad. It's a rainy day and all of my indoor lighting was causing mad glare on the jars when I tried different rooms/bulb light temps. The bluing impression is from the sunflower seeds, no bluing in the mycelium. But that is great to know!

I would 100% wait for someone with more experience to chime in, but those look okay, not pristine though. The 14-day pictures look a bit moist, but I don't see anything obviously bacterial. There are some grains that are pressed against the glass, but I'd say that is more likely the result of physical pressure against the jar as opposed to contamination.
If you're concerned about the cleanliness of the spawn, I've heard people give the jars a shake and see how quickly the mycelium recovers. If growth starts again quickly, you're golden; if not, the mycelium is probably fighting something.
To answer our question though, if the mycelium seems legit, spawn normally. If the spawn seems suspect, the advice I've heard is to top-fruit or spawn with a high spawn:bulk ratio (i.e. more spawn and less bulk).
Good luck!

That's a great idea, I'll do a shake if they stall a bit with the last grains to see if they'll finish strong and recolonize.
I've read the same. Was planning on spawning to a shoebox with a 1:1 - 1:2 ratio, but if the general consensus was that the jars were really bad, I'd just top fruit. It's my first go at it so I'm just here learn and having a ton of fun doing so!

In the future, when they look like day 10 shake em up. Day 14 looks bacterial with all the moisture forming.

I did shake at day 10, those photos were right before I shook them up.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking as well, the excess moisture and how tightly the mycelium is clinging to the grains tells me (from what I've read here) that I likely have bacterial spawn

You can probably get some fruits from those. I've got fruits from worse looking jars.
Just keep a very close eye out and be careful.

They look fine to me. Spawn each to its own shoebox to avoid cross contamination in a monotub. First one looks good, but nothing obviously bad I can see.

Okay, sounds good to me. I will heed your advice and fruit them to individual shoeboxes and see what I get. Thanks everyone!

I'm going with bruising, rest of the myc looks like nice, organised growth. Only time will tell!

Time sounds like the worst snitch of them all lol

That's reassuring, maybe I'm just being hyper critical of what I'm looking at since my eyes are not yet trained.
Time will indeed tell

I think they look alright but the popped grain against the jar and extra moisture makes it look worse than it is. You probably soaked/boiled for a bit too long or sum'in.

I think what looks to be popped grains is actually cracked corn I left in from the bag The tek I followed recommended going with wbs that doesn't include cracked corn but I only noticed that after buying the bag. Figured I'd give it a spin to learn from it.
And so far, it does tend to get colonized at a slower pace than the whole grains for sure.
