They wouldn't mind if you killed yourself, but it ruins their day when you are charitable and doing your job well.

Alot of the people I met deep down I could sense they wanted to die as well. This one dude used to cut himself before he came in every morning. I tried telling the dude he could talk to me if he needed but its also a very personal reason for doing so. Some of my co workers really only thought of their own desires every second. Nothing else mattered, to work with people like that gets real fuckin old. I hate my reflection and my desire. I need nothing except to not die really.

This is why you need to go to school so you can get a job that you’re actually passionate about. If you go back into school, I’m sure your parents wouldn’t mind you hanging around.

Man. I'm in Ontario, and no one can find good workers here. If you literally just show up 5 days a week your miles ahead of most of the plugs that expect to get paid to do nothing. Every store and restaurant is hiring, and it's mostly immigrants from out of town, some get bused in from the city. How is there no work in your city? Or are you just not interested in actually working?

I think a big part of the problem is that he has a job that he deserted on his résumé still. So if they call them to ask what he was like. They’re just gonna say a bunch of bad stuff.
@huey You should immediately remove them from your résumé.

Ya. But that's kind of his problem for leaving a job with no notice.
Seems like he prefers doing nothing and getting government hand outs. Glorifying homelessness is mind boggling to me.

Lots of jobs aren't walk in and apply type places and get overlooked quite a lot. If you want any help fine tuning your resume and shotgunning some applications out there let me know.

Make a new resume and leave out that job. And if by some anti-miracle they do find out and call then just tell them that your job environment was toxic and you legally are not required to elaborate anymore on the matter.

You can get away with about 90% of shit as long as you are confident enough.

Ok the resume is in progress. I also neglected to say that I fucked up my last last job ( the one before the last) I just quit without giving a two weeks because of contempt for my position.

No one ever says that about corporate welfare, or so many grossly-incompetent managers who got social promotions.

Using this same basic business model, in my area: 2 tree services 2 nurseries 1 bulk used close business. This one staffed unskilled temp labor, around town. Owned by a real estate investor.
Money churches are invested in what is formalized, human trafficking, where crisis housing forced tenants are required to attend worship services with cringe clapping and stomping, that could be heard for blocks. NAR and WCOC affiliates.

Homeless taken away against his will / Homelessencampment cleanup /daisy the Venice healer &ab_channel=GermaninVenice
An ambulance can be called on the homeless. You say that they are a threat to themselves or others, in psychological distress, or OD'ing. If you're just sitting on your butt, pulling weeds, you can see a economy car with city plates stop and stop and stop and park next to every single thing put out on the curb. A "for-free" sign next to newish baby items. A cleanish fridge for sale. They will make a note on their ipad via voice-to-text, loudly and clearly. But, they are usually very avoidant of people reaching out to them, in person.
(Rather than the code inspector, I have seen and heard city vehicles, from other depts, using the CB loudly, and circling around ridiculously, to take down a more through description. Just beware of your surroundings; you won't need to guess who they and what they want. Often on heavy drinking days and on hours when schools let out.)
But, everything gets cleaned out -- aggressively -- especially on major rights of way, ahead of a civic function or major storm. Some say, because it impacts the street sweeper or drains.
I was talking to a visibly retarded person and an ex-skinhead, who was harmed in a local police chase. They are sometimes taught a trade at the level of servile labor, and the entry-level positions will be filled by them, first. From work release or a modernday version of the poor house that involves and adult adoption, subsidized room and board.
In one of our converted apartment complexes, locally, the family in charge is very highly regarded by their inmates, who are required to attend religious services, where they are supposed to shout, clap, and stamp in unison.
The owners' kid gets first dibs on the best toy donations, so is considered the coolest.
Though I am sort-of wording this as a complaint, all the people there believe it's legit. They are grateful and do not regard it as an example of class warfare or Stockholm Syndrome.

Don't you understand the USA? Everybody will shit on you and chase you away. You'll be less than dirt to many. People trample the loser to suck the winner, and then voluntarily be that loser?
You'll need to somehow get your shit together whilst retaining a house.
