First PE grow: issues

Hello all,
first PE grow: spores -> agar -> grains -> 1:1.5 ratio coir/verm in shoebox (SFF Shoebox Assembly TEK). So I've read that it's "normal" to have blobs on the first batch with PE so that's OK for me; I've had lots of problems to finally get to this point and now I have some questions for you guys. Hope you can help me out:
1) I know blobs are OK to eat, but what do you say about that one with the big black spot on it? It doesn't seem tempting at all. Is that safe also?
2) Unfortunately it's not growing uniformly at all; tt seems that I may have to harvest the single mushroom and the big blobs first, but I don't want to run the dehydrator for like 8 hours for just that little material... it would be OK to put them in the freezer insidea plastic bag for like a week so I can run it when I'll have all the harvest?
3) I don't if it's normal that just one mushroom grows that much and the other ones stay that much behind... can you take a look at the second pictures? There are a some little pins that have a greyigsh color; does that mean bad news? I'm worried to have a stalling shoebox, or perhaps a half stalled one, dunno.

Thank you all for you time guys!

That box is fine I would try to work on surface Conditions though.
1. Ya that blob is totally safe to eat and many blobs come out looking similar.
2. Do not store them in a zip lock in the freezer they'll end up all mushy and gross. If you're gonna try and wait I would put them in a breathable bag like a paper bag or wrapped in paper towels in the fridge not the freezer. Will be good for around a week, but unfortunately the best way may be to just dehydrate them even if it is only a couple.
3. With PE being a weird strain that's prone to mutation which is why you get blobs it also throws weird pins and other mutant things. Everything in that tub looks completely fine. Besides not seeing any moisture beads on the substrate. But that could be just the pics.

Just curious, that big gray spot on the blob isn't bacterial? Not familiar with PE mutations yet.

I have to say I'm a tad disappointed that you're addressing us with the shorthand of a 13 yo girl who's texting her besty for make-up tips, instead of proper English, which causes me to have doubts."

Hey thanks for the feedback Wyomx, I appreciated it! Hoping it's really fine, I've been struggling with contamination since months.
After I've seen the pins, I've opened the shoebox lid, which is just laying on it: I've read that after pins more FAE is better. I've noted, tho, that this makes the water beads to dry out very quickly. I use the fine-mist spray bottle almost everyday cause of this and I don't know if that OK or it's too much. The pictures were taken just before this (almost) daily procedure.
What do you think about it? Or should I just leave the lid closed?

Yeah, that one of the things I'm "afraid" of.

I'd just leave the lid closed should still get plenty of fae if it's a shoebox. And ya that little spot is fine. Blobs can look super weird. As long as it's not like slimy and black and I'd have no problem eating em personally.
