Reading this is making me want to try a bit of breathing and mushroom dosing. I was doing about 5 minutes bellows breath then holding the breath after microdoses of semilanceata. Got to thinking about visuals and the potential of a kind of mushrooming of energy from the gut...possibly alongside some ferments...I basically had a few weeks of getting into it and it was mellow af, then got a new job and...well work has that devious habit of pulling focus away from good lifestyle experiments maybe....I'm thinking to do a bit Qi Gong and Liberty Cap freestyle meditation, Im not aware that theres a school for that...
