Best series to binge watch! * 1
    #28624663 - 01/17/24 02:41 PM (10 days, 4 hours ago)

This right here is absolutely the best mind trip of a series that I've ever seen!

I can't wait for season two  :yesnod:

What are some other good ones?

I've been watching the path. It's with Jesse from breaking bad. He's in a cult. It's weird but good.

I haven't watched or heard of Severance, so I can't quite speak to your tastes specifically... but simply based on the poster art, it looks like a psychological thriller.  In which case, I might suggest the relatively short miniseries "MAID" which is on Netflix, as a pretty awesome passage.  Humanely relatable, viscerally deep, with some artful tension woven throughout.  In a word, awesome.

Less impactful, although still entertaining, I'm currently part of the way through a new Netflix release, "Fool Me Once".  I don't recommend this nearly as highly as Maid (nor can I speak to how it wraps up), but I'm still entertained by it.

Before that, I sincerely enjoyed the Narcos series (and it's followup Narcos Mexico).  There was a Breaking Bad mention above, to which I would follow up with advocating "Better Call Saul" as quite the fun dramaventure as well.

Oh yeah,  I saw that one a while back,  but I never watched it yet.

I'll put it on my list

Watch severance guys! You wont regret it. I'm going to watch it again soon. it's just that good!

And Maid,  yes,  I saw that too,  but I never got around to watching it. I love Drama,  and it got a very good rating on imdb,  so that is another one I'll start.

Thanks guys

If you like Severance you might like The Leftovers, kind of weird vibes throughout the series.

I gave a few shows 10 outta 10 ratings on imdb:
The Leftovers
Mr. Inbetween
Big Time in Hollywood, FL
Attack on Titan
The Big Lez Show
Peacemaker
Eastbound & Down
Danger 5 (only season 1)
Jean-Claude Van Johnson
The Venture Bros
From
Love Death and Robots
Ash Vs Evil Dead

I can't believe that I didn't know about the VanDamme one though! That I'm really excited about!!!

Thanks a bundle!

Try 1883 (this one https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13991232/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0_tt_8_nm_0_q_1883) and 1923 too - pretty much the 'history' leading to Yellowstone.

Of course, Breaking Bad, The Wire, and the Sopranos, but worth also looking into... Deadwood, Boardwalk Empire, and Carnivale (2003).

Fargo! Seriously. It’s an excellent show. Each season has different actors. Some of the characters are the same in the first two seasons but set in different times. It’s one of the best shows I’ve seen in a real long time. My wife and I binge watched it over the past month. Seasons 1 and 2 are amazing. 3 and 4 are really good too. Season 5 which just aired its last episode this past week was absolutely some of the best TV I’ve ever watched. It’s not too often that a show gets me so involved or gets my heart pounding. It’s all on Hulu.

If you want something fun and fucked up, you can’t go wrong with It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. It’s insane. There are currently 16 seasons out. I always feel like most shows should end after five or six seasons. Not Sunny though. This shit can go on forever. I’ve watched it all twice.

Started Fargo on hulu, it's good so far.  This one also takes place in Minnesota.  Wasn't there another mini series called Fargo?? I know there's a movie too but all 3 about different things.

there are 5 seasons of fargo (series) in total - each one follows a different group of people , its a very good series to watch.

I'm watching the 5th season this lady that gets kidnapped is a beast,  it's nuts how much shit happened to her and everyone else.

Just remembered a few more good series I've watched.
Mr Mercedes
The murder at the end of the world
Bosch
The Mentalist
Generation Kill
Hannibal
Mindhunter
Narcos

If you enjoy nature/natural documentaries you should watch all the David Attenborough series.
Life
Blue planet
Frozen planet
Ect ect

I just watched an episode of Frasier, a sitcom, where it turns out the shows' namesake Frasier, had a son that was raised Jewish, the whole bar mitzvah and all being the subject of the episode. It led me to reinforced, the realisation that the Jewish community in America have been acting as a fifth column, normalising all things Jewish in American society for so long with unforeseen long reaching political repercussions.
Just for starters, the capitalisation of healthcare and the profit motive behind Circumcision.

Anyone else noticed the inveigling of such horrific fifth columnist thinking via such a superficial medium?
