Yeah looks like Psathyrella to me too.

It would help if you could let us know where in the world you are and what kind of habitat you found them in.

Probably psathyrella. Which means you've been looking in the wrong habitat. Psilocybe cubensis grows in cattle dung; grass fields with cattle is the habitat you'd want to hunt in. Psathyrella species grows from decomposing wood, grows mainly in forests.
Usually more information is needed for ID'ing.

We don’t have much information so maybe the habitat is quite unsuitable for cubensis, and for sure they are not cubensis.

But Psathyrella can be found in pasture.

Yes, can be found on the beach and under water as well, even found it on dung,  but I believe forest is the most common habitat for the genus. It might be a stretch to assume she was looking in the forests, though.

Psathyrella can be found on dung, too, although not that frequently.

That being said, I suspect OP has two species, the smaller one being Panaeolus, ref. the mottled gills.

They could all be Panaeolus. The stipes do seem that way.

The bases almost seem wax dipped, a feature I associate with Panaeolus (and Entoloma). With Psathyrella I don’t really expect this, or for the bases to still be attached to intact stems after picking tbh.

I think they are actually all pans.

I never saw where they stated that they were found in dung though.

Interesting. I do think they're all the same species.
Any thoughts on which one they might be?

The undersides and reddish stems make them look a bit P. cinctulus… but the caps are very pale. Maybe because they’re dry?

I agree they do look like Pans

They do seem like cinctulus. That first picture is off color too.

Pans are found on dung, in grass, in vegetable gardens, with potted plants, and in wood chip gardens, and this applies to both active and inactive ones.

Panaeolus cyanescens is found mostly on dung, but I don’t think they are that.

I could see these being antillarum or cinctulus or maybe even papilionaceus.

They would be rather graceful for antillarum or cinctulus with the proportions, there isn’t much in the way of banding and I don’t see any evidence of the lacy cap rim one would expect of papilionaceus but I wouldn’t rule any of those out completely due to these things. The cap rim adornments can be lost, and some papilionaceus have pale stems. Cincts and antillarum can have slender stems and cincts can loose the banding.

I think that without seeing younger fresher specimens all I can do is speculate. I love Panaeolus, but I don’t have that much experience with them. Hopefully someone who does can be more decisive.

For sure man

I have found many pans,  and all were mostly inactive,  and all were found on cow/horse dung.

They really don't remind me of any paps or ants that I have ever found at all.

Ants are more beefy,  and they are lacking the toothed veil fragments that are synonymous with paps.

However,  none of those characteristics are set is stone like you stated.

We really need to know more about them,  and where they were found, I reckon.

Agreed,I believe these are neither of those.

P. cinctulus seems like a good suggestion, looking at the reddish brown color on the stems.
I also believe the apparent size and convex, almost flat caps are good signs.

Of course, in situ shots would have helped.

You know what? I think I see blue bruising at the base of the stem in a couple of pics.

I don’t think ‘papilionaceus’ or antillarum are likely
