What have you learned or experienced from meditating on a low dose of psychedelics? 1

I'm curious what other people's experience has been like with meditation and psychedelics and specifically low doses like a quarter or half tab of acid or the equivalent with other psychedelics.

But, I had some very powerful healing experiences, literally using the word heal as a mantral intention (an mantra that is also an intention) as I breathe and focus on circulation with the mind. Waves of healing intention propagating through my body with my breath. This is also something I do sober, from time to time, but when it comes to low doses of sacred medicines it seems powerfully effective in combination.
I also had an experience where I consumed a small handful of sacred fungi, in which I did not experiences any noticeable psychoactive effects whatsoever, but it was still a powerful spiritual experience that helped me appreciate my connection to the Earth and nature. It was like a type of an initiation and it changed my life, but I don't really speak of it. It showed me that I would never be able to understand certain things and that, rather than try to rationalize or explain them; I should just appreciate them.
I really like that phrase, 'mantral intention'.
Sometimes I do something similar doing a body scan using the loving kindness phrases with each part.

But low doses allow me to tune into subtle vibrations, the ripples on the surface of a body of water, the reflections off the wings of a dragonfly, the shining chlorophyll of a leaf absorbing the sun. Or, this time of year, the silently falling snowflakes shining crystalline under a street light.
On low doses with eyes closed, it can be easier to tune into the subtle energies of the body, too (chi/prana/ki). And sense energy blockages.
If you have a crystal/gem collection, try meditating while holding each rock, one at a time. "Listen" to it, hear its unique message and vibration. Throat chakra will help with this.
If you prefer more of a "pure mind" Dzogchen style meditation, it can be easier with a low dose of psychedelic (or MDMA) to sense the "clear light" of mind at a very subtle level, and bask in this.
Looking at the more subtle vibrations and energy blockages is actually what I'm interested in. I'm going to continue morning meditation and do meditation once a week on a low dose and see if I can notice and bring that more subtle awareness to the daily meditation.
I notice that these more subtle aspects have a big effect on the mind, that the openess and flow of the mind at whole appears when the subtle blocks are let go and flow.
I think these subtle things might be what in Buddhism are sometimes referred to feeling tone,

I get the feeling of an old wise teacher with me, I can ask questions and get answers or advice without it seeming to come from my mind. I record as much as I can for further thought and integration. Truly feels like magic, very therapeutic.
Do you use the Syrian rue because it changes the quality of the mushrooms? Does it help access that teacher?

me too, I did manage a couple hours last night but intended more like 4-6, ended up dancing to music, baking a cake and facetiming a friend and then a midnight bike ride
that couple of hours was kind of difficult, the helpful part was the increased sensitivity, the difficult part was more prone to distraction.
its different for me after more intense periods of meditation like a meditaiton retreat, then that built up concentration state works really really well with psychedelics...
