The seeds shouldn't have any alkaloid in them; seeds are just an embryo, starch, and a tough coat. I would be very suprised is the plant material containing the dmt didn't "work".

how about HBWR seeds or morning glory seeds? they have active alkaloids inside, just not tryptamines. HBWR contains mostly Ergine (LSA) and Isoergine alkaloids
