All in one bag - beefsteak mushroom
You could see pins inside the bags - which means no Co2 sensitive.
My genetics are from etsy, it took about 1~2 months(?) to see pins
the temperature is 22~23C

Pretty cool! I hope you can get some fruiting outside the bag too!

Thought I'd repost what I wrote in another thread regarding this species. I recently started listening to the mushroom hour pod cast on Spotify and there was an episode about a guy who cracked the code on these mushrooms he even went through multiple cultigens of this mushroom and found the one he felt was best for commercial application.
Ep.119: Garden State Mushrooms - Pioneering cultivation of Beefsteak mushrooms (feat. Jacob Alvarez)
Also I remember the guy saying in the podcast that the trick with this species is to do with light. He keeps his bags in absolute darkness and then only exposes an area to light where he wants it to fruit. I can't remember exactly how he does it but I assume like a black plastic garbage bag wrapped around the fruiting block with just a few holes. I guess if you think like the mushroom you're growing deep inside the tree and once conditions are right and you get to the outside perimeter of the tree where the light is you fruit. So the other Important thing he said was if you don't do this the block will go crazy with pins but they'll abort. So maybe wrap your block and keep in absolute darkness, you may be able to save it. Also do you have more of the culture? If not I would suggest cloning the pins if the block fails. Goodluck and keep us updated.

Co2 levels are the trigger for these, they can be grown synonymously to miatake and I also believe chicken of the woods could also be done in a similar manner
