15 year old Psilocybe stuntzii spore microscopy 2

I've recently been trying to revive some of my spore collection. The spores range from 17 years old to 8 years old.
I've had no success with germination of the 15 year old stuntzii spores and I'm down to my last two F1 print from my 2008/2009 indoor grow.
I decided to check them out under a scope now that I have received my new scope.
Here are what they look like after 15 years of storage on foil, stored in a zip lock type baggie at room temp.
Microscopy done at 1000x (25x by 40x) * waiting on my Cargille Oil to arrive to use the 100x objective

I was expecting them all to look like the one that is ruptured, but was surprised to see that most look completely normal.
These spores were hydrated for 3 weeks in a solution of distilled water with 1.8mg of disodium adenosine triphoshate per ml with a tiny bit of jet-dry.
Scope used is a WJTQTBT W-120, which is a rebranded Amscope B-120.

Same here, I've definitely had way less gray hairs when these spores were fresh.
Have you noticed any benefits to using the ATP in any way? I have 2.3 grams left and trying to come up with some good uses for it.
Does the ATP withstand sterilization temps?
I've been making solutions with distilled water and running it through a 0.22um wheel filter into a sterile glass vial. So far I haven't run into any contamination issues using filter sterilization, as long as I start with very clean starting materials.

Yup, that's what I've been doing with 0.22um wheel filters and grocery store distilled water. Haven't had a single contamination issue yet using that method. Though sterile wheel filters get expensive, so I make 30ml batches at a time into three sterile 10ml glass vials.
