ID REQUEST GYMNOPILUS HOPE THIS IS IT FLORIDA

 Habitat: Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.
 Front of business in mulch and soil in Business garden
Gills: Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.
Stem: Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc. Thick
Cap: Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc Yellow orange.
Spore print color: Very important! Orange yellow
Bruising: Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Other information: Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.
another post where it says they are lutefolius They look spot on when compared to these pictures

These remind me of Hypholoma sp.
Are you sure the spore print isn’t brown? Looks like these have more of a brownish spore colour to me… I’m not sure though.

They look like Pholiota to me.
Comparing with a long distance photo of only the tops of some mushrooms isn’t very effective.
You need to compare with close up photos from multiple angles.
