Do you have a favorite cake? Or is there anything that happened that made you feel introspective without being on a substance to experience?
I would like being high and usually wouldn't eat much. Stopped liking food until lately
So as the sun went down I was offed a slice of some kind of pistachio ice cream/cheese cake, with white chocolate on top. Had a small beer on the side to complement it

It was really good cake. I took a bite and thought
It was so good that I couldn't believe I actually tasted something like that and thought this must be a dream
Thought that this is the best thing I've ever had. Where it made me feel like Mr bean.
Should score a little slice for my cat
The cake itself within a few bites lives up to, or with no psychedelic experience I've ever had. Maybe I still feel the lsd in some way. It was that good and it's just cake
For some reason it really made me think what have I been doing with my life? What would i like to do? Where would i like to be?
After just this slice of cake I firmly decided nothing is going to be the same in my life very soon at all, ever again.
Felt the moment just sitting alone. More so recently, I've found myself alone with nothing but what I'd show within. I've been content and showing myself kindness. I'd like to show nothing but wellness and kindness to everything and everyone
I think we're all alone and we do this no matter how much we distract ourselves. No matter how many things or people we have. We're really all alone in a way that's where we're coming from and where we go
I'd like to share within through without

Imagine, if everyone aspired to create some piece of art like that cake or had an intellectual pursuit that pushed the limits of what was thought possible.

True. I hope OP has leave to stay. Going home to his industrial food is gonna be hard to digest.
BTW, OP. Have you put on much weight with all this good food you've been tucking away, or have you found real food, and all the sightseeing, less fattening?

That cake is the best thing I've ever ate. Had a shot of espresso after and 7 different kinds of wood burning oven pizza. Everything about The pizza is amplified with lots of flavors. Hadn't ate any pizza for months prior
Never going back soon enough
Just feel good. Been getting lots of exercise. Got thicker so far is all. Without noticing any fat coming on
If I ate like this back there, I'd feel sick the first time and get really swollen. Went out for all you can eat food with some co workers back in the spring and I didn't feel right for almost a month
Some family here are chefs and they cook insanely good. I've Had breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. With homemade desert & gelato
All of them being full on gourmet meals. Like 2 to 3 meals in just one of them. It's pretty insain. More cooking then something like thanksgiving everyday, every meal.
Mountains of arancini. We have a similar dish to it that we call a whole other name. You'd probably only find it in somewhere like NY or a homemade kitchen. It's similar to arancini but better in a different shape
Everything is really antique. There is a ancient castle out my front door. This village is over 1000 years old It's nice having a whole place to myself. That's something I could never do anywhere in canada
Could hunt, fish, grow a garden, there is wild fruit growing everywhere to pick, even right now
Last night I found a wild horse just standing in the road. Out in the middle of nowhere. It was really big. It was looking down the mountain
Haven't felt any kind of loneliness since I got here. You'd think it would be the opposite. It used to be like that. Until I started figuring out harsh reality's and the way people are. To really understand and come to treat myself well
Sort of tired of the culture back in canada everything feels divided. I was never good enough for them. This is probably the best place to pretty much opt out. Or create a whole new life.
I appreciate the traditionalism. Everyone is super chilled out and friendly. Like a whole other far away alien world. It feels way less disconnected

Did you tell the people who made it? Bet they'd like to hear that. I do understand the mind blown moment. I had that moment with pad Thai. Ate it in SF one time and I loved it so much I spent 2 years learning to make the best pad Thai I could and now I eat it pretty much once a week for 2 days in a row.
As far as it changing your life though I've only heard of one other story like that. Robert Downey Jr was going through his drug addicted phase and he had Burger King and it was the absolute worst thing he had ever tasted and it made him reevaluate his life and get clean. Must've been one Terrible ass burger.
Anyhow I am glad u shared that. You gonna search for good foods now? There's a world full of em

I told them it was the best cake I ever had was all. Not sure how understanding many would be of finding introspection through a slice of cake. Or finding much introspection at all the way it's felt through psychedelics
The pad thai sounds good : )
I love all kinds of food
My cousin moved to a island in the Philippines over 15 years ago from Southern California. He told me I should come visit there. I was debating on quitting my job to go spend some time over there
February is the time to do it from what I hear. From the sounds of it I'd fit in really well there. Already have cool people to go meet and see over there. My cousin is really nice. We only met once. He's only been back into the usa once. It's supposed to be really good over there from what I've heard
I'm not Buddhist myself. I am really interested in seeing that kind of stuff thought. I've had lots of people tell me I naturally relate to Buddhism. I don't even know much about it
Even people who I've worked with for about a year all told me I should become a Monk or something
I've flown over some of the islands over the Philippines and couldn't believe what I seen. It looked like a place so nice that it was unreal
My friend is filipina I asked her about it and she said I should check it out. That the people would like me there
Love traveling and I find joy in every moment I put into it. It sounds like it would be a adventure
I know it's not a Buddhist country
Was looking more into traveling and I don't really care to eat food that much. Usually wake up at 6am and don't eat much of anything until before I go to sleep almost everyday
Another place I was thinking of going is to Alaska for summertime with feevers off the shroomery here. We have already done some traveling a few times now
