Is psilocybin essentially glasses for the brain? 4

Some of us wear glasses so we can see the world around us better, I have apsergers and yesterday I took a heavy dosage of 4 grams of penis envy and despite me throwing up and getting mild visuals, earlier I talked to my mother in a way I never imagined I'd talk to her and just asked her a series of questions as she was taking me to clean up my bathroom, I was sort of mouthy but not in a confrontational sense.
In a weird way in this heavy trip I don't know how I would describe my social skills but it kind of felt elevated and enhanced. I feel as of I could be more social around people on this dosage with the acquired social skills. It's really weird and I like it.

I think you are on to something here.
Even microdosing of mushrooms seems to provide some benefit to high functioning autistic individuals in this regard. It is also such that it does not interfere with other aspects of functionality, the way that larger doses can.

The trick is to learn from the psychedelics so you can manifest that without them.

learning involves a kind of repetition, especially when you repeat a pattern in contexts similar to those where you might need it.
I think this high dose in mother's house approach is not a sustainable practice, and it is already entangled with berating the mother and the messing and cleaning of the bathroom; basically the acting out of teenage attitude. Is this something good for the future you?
what is of value maybe is seeing that the mind can be in any shape yet imagined and not yet conceived. Will you be a philosopher?
what do you think is of value in your messy home drug experience?
It does not really matter at all what we think.

Thats awesome man!
I think thats a great analogy. I like to think of shrooms like a psychedelic nootropic: in the right set, setting and dosage, shrooms can enhance the mind to operate in a most efficient way.

I get this. I have been questioning myself why I have desired to trip more than usual lately. I feel I need the experience and growth. My last trip I had a depressing period but I needed it. I just experienced an enormous amount of trauma and it feels like clarity. But also repair, healing and returning to me. I trip on Saturday and today I want to again. Tolerance would prevent that. Normally its months in between.

Today I was thinking that psilocybin is a reset button for my brain.
It had been around 6 months since my last trip, and over the past month I have had a lot of stress for a ton of different reasons, health, family, work, etc, etc.
I tripped good last night and today felt like a lot of the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Almost like my brain computer had a million different windows open, multi tasking and CPU running to the max. The shrooms hit the reset button and now Im at a fresh restart. Its up to me to not fuck it up. Its like the shrooms provide the fresh slate, but now its back to me to make sure its clean and not cluttered.

Yo that picture in your sig (minus McKenna) is exactly like the visuals I had in the back of my head while tripping. All swirly and similar color and texture - except it was darker and the swirls were mushrooms. It felt like the mushrooms signed my trip.

What I personally realized in my experience; those depressing journeys were letting me sit with undealt trauma and silenced demons. Almost like an intervention y’all have no choice but to now sit together and feel one another.
After a few of these it eventually came out of me. Now I see it and am doing my best at dealing with it

I see it like normally we have conscious and unconscious habitual ways of looking at the world which distorts things and creates mental and emotional reactivity. Psychedelics can temporarily pause these habits of mind, which destort things.
So its more like cleaning the glasses I already have. Meditation does this as well.
