If your trying to experiment why wouldn't you start with the easiest possible method?

Get yourself some larger gauge needles such as 14ga for LC and before you shake your jar remove as much of the liquid as you can.

It may help in the future to get replies if your posts in advanced mycology sound like it's worth replying to. This isn't anything goes general cultivation and the people who would reply expect you to have a certain level of intelligence for it to be worth their time.

Sorry not trying to be rude or mean that's just how it is.

I have to say I'm a tad disappointed that you're addressing us with the shorthand of a 13 yo girl who's texting her besty for make-up tips, instead of proper English, which causes me to have doubts."

Get yourself some larger gauge needles such as 14ga for LC and before you shake your jar remove as much of the liquid as you can. (Possible contam issues if not done correctly)

Or let the mycelium settle to the bottom of your sryinge and push out the extra liquid before using and repeat

Personally I don't see much benefit to concentrating since you can colonize way faster than you can fruit already with LC unless I'm missing something

4-7 days for a quart seems fast enough
