Happy New Year Everyone
I have found pscilocybe (probably Alenii) at this location in the San Francisco Bay Area before (Sunnyvale). These pics were taken today, we've had some nice rain over the previous week or so. It is residential area with woodchip landscaping, shaded by trees, shrubs and rocks.
I've taken a few from this area before and the spore prints check out. But now it looks like I'm seeing some other types of mushrooms here.
Could you take a look at the pics and help me identify what are actives, what are not, and specifically what non-actives are? Specifically in the last photo, I see some odd mushrooms.
Thanks

The second pic looks like Ps Allenii, did you observe any blue bruising on any of these? Could you provide pics showing that?
Honestly I’d like to see better pics of details like the stem and gills.

I will get some more pics and spore prints and upload tomorrow.
For the healthy looking brown ones, should I water these or leave them alone?

Psilocybe allenii. Don't see any mycenas, the look like young allenii to me. Better photos needed.

OK I think these are all the same species. They look so different throughout the aging process, to me anyway.
Here's a first grouping with associated spore print:

Here is an isolated one with associated print I wasn't sure of but looks good to me:

And a final group I was pretty confident in:

I'm waiting to harvest some of the dark brown ones to see if they get any bigger.

I think you’re good here. The hardest part is finding them the first time. Once you handle them and get an idea of the characteristics it gets a lot easier. Just make sure they bruise blue and also get to know the lookalikes.
Provided they all bruise blue they are Psilocybe Allenii. I’d wait for more confirmations. Congrats!
