Been on a movie binge. Here's some bad movies I've watched recently. Share yours and I'll probably watch them.
Jexi Baby boy Aquaman
I think they are worth watching for the experience but these 3 are pretty bad. Sorry if that offends anyone.

I heard the new live action version of cats is viscerally bad. Physically, you might feel bad watching it. There’s a movie that was giving me an existential crisis. So I turned that off. And then there’s movies that just lied with all their advertising. Like click. If you’re looking for a good bad movie. Try killer clowns from Outer space. If you’re looking for just a terrible movie. Try the room which manages to be very funny. Without trying to.

Watching dream scenario with Nicholas Cage. Everyone dreams of him and he's a celebrity. It's weird. Check it out.

The absolute worst movie I've ever seen (and I've seen some shitty, piss-poor movies) is Drinking Buddies.

Why we’d want to even remember shitty 90 minute plus wastes of our recreational time is beyond me—I could probably give you over a hundred titles.
Lately? Well lately I generally ensure I’m not going to watch a shit movie and therefore waste my grey matter and time on what (if you researched) was bound to be a garbage flick to begin with. Lately I go into movies that have been trashed and flopped, hoping merely to laugh my arse off.
Such as
Moon fall Gone in 60 seconds Gran turismo. Iron sky 2 (quietly loved that one)
Fuck garbage anything. Laughter and derision is it’s only pseudo value. Sorry I just listened to an amazing album and I’d be disturbed with myself if I spent 60 minutes listening to the clash of discordant elements overlaid with Taylor swift yakking on about being 22.
Give me quality or give me death. Everything else is getting beheaded at the ten minute mark.

Bigger budget movies that make your life worse for watching: - Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead (must have been written by a brain dead zombie). - Suicide Squad from 2016 (this is honestly the biggest heap of shit I have ever seen trying to be passed for a movie).
Movies that are so bad they are good: - Italian Spiderman (the full movie is on youtube). - That's My Boy (the best Adam Sandler comedy in my opinion).
Others that I didn't hate: - Hollywood Sex Wars. - Club Dread.
Movies I have heard are bad but haven't watched: - Bad Ben (the entire series). - Anything directed by Uwe Boll. - Anything directed by Neil Breen.

I was waiting for that. Many actors love working with him but he is widely considered to have made several of the worst movies of all time.

I tied watching Oppenheimer last night but it was too slow and hard to follow. Shut it off about half way which I rarely do.

So my online friend is a blogger/critic and wrote a bunch of negative reviews and Boll challenged him to a boxing match. He sucks at directing but he kicked my buddies ass in the ring...

I read about that!
I like Boll quite a bit myself. Not the movies he makes but still, he is very entertaining.
I was going to mention Videodrome as another "bad" movie that I absolutely love.

Bionic Ninja This is absolutely terrible. Gypsy Nirvana, the founder of icmag.com, seedsdirect/seedbay/seedboutique, and who got ratted on by Rezdog, had a brief movie career. He was even in Bloodsport with Jean-Claude Van Damme.

That's hilarious, was it one of these guys in this video? Talk about not willing to accept criticism. For somebody in the public spotlight though, it is a good publicity tactic.

Have you seen the HBO's Aquaman: King of Atlantis
It's quite entertaining. They have some funny comments about things in the movie that adds interesting perspective.

Thankskilling.
I got really high. But it made me laugh as cringe as it was. I would say it was definitely worth a drunk watch. Really bad but it’s trying to be bad. Which takes away from some of the enjoyment. But still funny.

All 80s Cronenberg horror movies really. They have the trappings of "bad" movies but they're also about exploring ideas he's into. The horror of being a human with a mind and body that can have all these things go horrifyingly wrong with them. "The Brood" is another "bad" Cronenberg 80s movie that's quite good.
The series "Archive 81" on Netflix is kind of like Videodrome. Video as a supernatural conduit for corruption and evil. Canceled after one season

I haven't, I don't watch his new stuff as I'm more squeamish these days and I don't know what fucked up stuff he's going to put in there. Nothing I saw after Existenz was my style really.
I saw a talk by Cronenberg once at Ryerson University. He talked a fair bit about The Brood in particular, which I hadn't seen yet at the time.
My uncle is a carpenter and did some carpentry work on movies in the 80s. He worked on The Fly and Dead Ringers

Existenz sucked pretty bad, in my opinion.
Now the brood is one of my favourites!
But yeah, that is awesome that you actually got to see a talk by him and that your uncle did work on his movie sets!
That is so bad @ss

Personally I liked the concept and the aesthetic. The simulations within simulations thing is not too unique of course, but I liked the weird bioengineered tech, the river of mutant creatures, the restaurant meal where the bones of the mutant creature can be assembled into a gun, etc. The gun was very Videodrome I thought.
