That is how one does it. My respect. That eurostep was amazing and is more difficult then it seems to play it in with competition.
Go Denver tonight.

That fcking euro step is NASTY. Nearly unstoppable when executed properly.
1… series tied. Not huge on basketball but I’m a sports junkie. If Bam can continue to put up 20 and make Jokic work hard on the defensive side, they have a chance. If Murray starts hitting his shots it will be lights out. Granted, the Heat missed quite a few good looks in Game 1 and executed in Game 2. But a Nuggets team that shot like crap still had it a last possession game. As said before “the most aptly named team in sports”, the Denver Nuggets will win in 6. I have enough respect for Miami to give them another one at home but that’s it.

Gymrat but basketball is barely of interest to you? Each their own, maybe you meant football. Time to fly to Denver on Saturday.
G.S. and the city was amazing for their first. Going along that bridge on a bus, not S.F. then where everything is Tenderloin now.
Denver will have the same vibe and they will get game three. Four on the fence on. Time for some shrooming in Denver at the only place I know in the states that have one. Great food and bands at 10 a.m right next to where I will be lodging.
Denver is pretty cool to me. Three's are being mastered from practice. Top of the key and the side three. Will pass in to bigger men. That identify as such. Getting tired of woke crap. They call traveling as rec refs are not understanding of the eurostep.
Go Nuggets. Get a free trucker hat at the Rockies game. MLB. Suffering is watching that team.

Read the paragraph you eluded to again. Get a dictionary if you are going to sit on every word. It’s annoying af. I try to talk ball and you get goofie. NBA is not a sport in my top 5… big fcking deal. Doesn’t mean shit. Eat them shrooms and enjoy Denver man.

I swear to you Ms. Mushalla. I will never post another "goofie" word on the shroomery, ever. This is like writing in College a paper and you, I must make my posts under your orders and likes and demands.
Nuggets won motherfucker. Try to understand that, you make life seem like shit. Not enjoyable.

What the fuck does that have to do with basketball? San Antonio would love to have him at 200 pounds. I apologize for interupting your post. What are you 5 foot 5?
Pull ups and pushups? What fucking sport are you conditioning for? Use that weight and work on a post game and three's if you can shoot them.

People don't play much of anything besides on a computer here. Ask about NBA2K.

Been liftning for the last 4 1/2 years and it’s mostly for its calming effect on my mind. Never been competing though.

Leg days are the best
Although I had some minor back pain around Thanksgiving so I'm really dialing back the deadlift and squats. 1plate for each only. That is super light and manageable. I was doing 4plate deadlift and like 275 squat. But just want to be safe.
I really need to strengthen my core and gain flexibility (I can't even touch my toes)

Totally feel that. I over did it the other day squatting 315 for 8 and it wrecked me.
Ever do ab wheel rollouts? They make my abs strong AF and always help with any back pain I have

Always end practice with a swish three point shot. My go to. I can drive but 5'8 I pay attention where the tree's are at.
That swish is like a positive momentum. Don't want to brick one and have that on one's mind. Perfect rotation, no rim, and just straight, SWISH!
One of the most beautiful sounds in the world.

Kicking ass. Perfect three swish. Perfect rotation on the ball. That was satisfying and a rush. Thought about learning the Euro step but am fine not doing so.
Old school.

Have my shots at corner threes and driving down. I like the indoors like watching Jazz game and playin basketball. 50 year they have here and not one chmpionship. Hakkeem the dream and Jordan the legend.
Ughh. I hate January. Yet I can hoop. Made ten three's in a row in game and in another game airballed a gaming winning shot.
Was so much better at baseball and played an all-star game at Dirk's field in SLC through an instructional league and I was good because I didn't drink and drug all day at that time when Bill Murray owned the team in SLC.
Went 0-2 in it. Point being I choke in the clutch. Not proud of it. I do a Starks in the Finals in a game 7. level.
