That one is a panaeolus. I'd say it might be an active one too.

Yes,  but a spore print would determine what you have.

Also,  wait for a TI before consuming any identified mushroom

i think that might be p. foenisecii (not active). the gills look a little light in my eye to be having the jet black spores active pans are suppose to have. (although i do think some cultivated pans have a redder spore print but idk what im talking about) also i think the striations down the stem are a little too straight instead of spirally like i also think they are suppose to be for an active pan. def wait for a trusted identifier "TI"

They remind me more of Panaeolus olivaceus,  but then again,  what do I know hehehe,   But yeah, they probably are just foes.

Panaeolus for sure, can't say which one exactly. Foenisecii, fimicola, olivaceus or cinctulus.
Take a sporeprint. If it's brown it's foenisecii. If it's black it's one of the others and probably active. Maybe very weakly so, if it isn't cinctulus.

Gills are light in color but there are cases where the spore print tells a different story, so we'll need to see one.

P. olivaceus is my first thought as well, but yeah, let's see a print at least before being more specific.

It never ceases to amaze me how many people post the ID request outline and don’t fill it out.
