Or Hygrocybe punicea or Hygrocybe laetissima

A little hard to tell apart I think, but those, I think, are the 3 large sized red/orange waxies known to the PNW. I don't think any of them are super common, but the weather may have been good for them this year. I saw one too. Big and Red like 1/2 a slicing tomato.
