King oysters Odd growth, any advice?

Hello community,
I tried to grow king oysters for the first time and am getting some very weird looking mushrooms. This was done with 1 quart of oats inoculated with LC and used unsupplemented saw dust. My room temps are not ideal, they usually go from 70 to 74 degrees. I did 3 projects, 2 shoeboxes and 1 grow bag and I am getting the same result in all 3. I have read people say king oysters will mostly not pin at temps over 67 degrees, these did pin but very strange growth. Could this be the result of the temps? Is this an FAE issue?

Hello!
Looks to me that they are not having enough FAE. Can't tell if the heat is affecting them also. I grow mine at about 68F which is a bit on the high side for Kings as you stated.

Would it be a good idea to pick these and wait foe a second flush while providing more FAE for the second flush? Or should I just let these finish?

I would let them grow. They are perfectly edible even though they look a bit wonky. Just give them a little bit more air.

On temps I think you're probably fine. I've fruited kings with temps just over 80f. I think there is probably some variation depending on the source of the kings and what your genetics have been thriving in before you. Kind of how shiitake have varieties that are known for warmer or colder areas.
Others said it... what you've pictured look to me just like kings that need more FAE. Tubs can be particularly hard on oysters in general because of uneven air movement around the sub.

Amazing how what changing the environment a little can do, so I have been providing these with more air, I did not harvest the thing long stems and this is how it's looking now. I would say much better than before. So I have no experience with oysters, these look like blue oysters to me.... I was given the genetic and told it was King Oysters. Are these kings ?

These are looking like blue oysters and not kings like I was told they were.

Blue oysters for sure. Still hunting for more fresh air.
